Very pleasant and very efficient always a good experience

Galleria of Smiles has been my dentist for more than 20 years. They are always personable, helpful, and invested in the lives of their patients. Stephanie has been my hygienist for most of my time there. She and Dr Emami are the reasons I continue to go there, even though I moved 40 minutes away. I can’t recommend them highly enough-if you’re looking for a dentist office, you should definitely give Galleria of Smiles a try. You won’t be disappointed.

What a great dentist and staff! I found out a couple days prior to departing FAIRBANKS Alaska, for dr appointments, I had a cracked tooth. No time to fix it so after a 14 hr flight, renting car and driving to Tulsa for appointments, it was starting to ache. I called Galleria of Smiles in Sand Springs. After travel, my dr appointments, and my mom also had health issues that I needed to get to where she lived ASAP. This awesome office, not only got me in, but put a crown on a tooth all in one day! A few hours! Besides that, I have extreme anxiety, especially after the last few days, Dr Emami and his staff were very accommodating and so nice and kind! I live in Alaska but may be switching dentists, at least when possible. Thank you Dr Emami and Niki and the whole staff!

My son and I had went here one side is the father and the other side is the Son unfortunately we had the son. I have never been more humiliated and embarrassed in my whole life he started yelling and screaming about his $20,000 equipment there were three other dental assistants in the hallway stopped and we're all listening as he was screaming at my son and I in the room. The girl that was in the room with the dentist and my son and I literally could not say anything she just held her breath like she couldn't believe what he was doing. I am a local Google reviewer I never would ever give anybody a bad review that did not deserve it but I'm telling you by far this man was the most unprofessional dentist I have ever been to.....don't walk ?‍♂️?‍♀️?‍♂️?‍♀️?‍♂️?‍♀️?‍♂️ away.

Seriously Dr Emami at this location is amazing and the staff as well ya'll need to come to Galleria of Smiles they will make your ife so much better they have another location in Tulsa as well both drs are awesome and staff are awesome

Great staff and experience. Both my kids (8/12) had a great time. How many can say that about a dentist visit? Will continue to return for routine cleaning and any other dental work that needs to be done. Cannot recommend high enough.

Routine cleaning started with a smile from Britney. I enjoyed her attention to detail. She took her time polishing not just the main surface but the contour of each tooth! Britney has a gentle way with floss as well. Recommend her highly! Stephanie, the hygienist, took her time inspecting the teeth. She, also, was gentle working on the teeth, yet firm enough to get teeth cleaned properly. I don't remember last time I got my pockets measured (not sure why it's not done each time). Was pleasantly surprised when Stephanie told me that's what she was doing next. Over all, a great visit!

I love this place! They truly are like family. Everytime I come in for an appointment I am treated SO well! Dr.Emami is so kind, professional, does a really good job (I had a root canal and crown bone by him) and even other dentist tell me “that’s a really well done root canal” I feel like I’m visiting family when I’m here. Wait time is never long. Waiting room is super peaceful, play area for kids, scheduling appointments is never far out, you won’t have to wait for weeks or month for an appointment like other offices. Prices are a little higher but you pay what you get for: meaning you get much better quality service and well done teeth work. And Dr. Emami will work with you on figuring out the best price and plan of treatment!

I have been a patient at Galleria of Smiles for 13 years now. I love how Dr. Emami, Dr. Justin and their entire staff make you feel so comfortable and at ease. My two boys and I truly feel part of the family from the moment we walk through the doors to the minute we leave. They explain things throughly and in a easy way to understand before doing the work and handing us a crazy bill! Together with them we figured out my chronic headaches and came up with a dental plan to fix not only my teeth but my headaches as well! I appreciate the better quality of life that they have provided myself and my boys!

I had to have an urgent Procedure that made me anxious but after having met all the staff that were all kind enough to come meet me as an individual I was put at ease and they really helped me and educated me! I came to Galleria of Smiles looking for a second opinion on a root canal and crown procedure. Being a much better equipped practice than the one I was established with I felt I could explore all the options available to my individual situation. From the moment I was in the care Dr. Emami and his skilled assistants I was given ample opportunity to ask questions and receive detailed and thorough answers. I'm writing this now after the root canal. The cohesion between the Dr. and his team was phenomenal. Efficient while still maintaining a very personalized approach. I had previously been in a great amount of pain. Dr. Emami, as a member of the medical profession, clearly takes pride not just the art of dentistry on an individual basis but the healing aspect as well. My procedure came with a generous warranty and I look forward to a long-term relationship with this practice.

Super Friendly Staff and Family Atmosphere!

I was very nervous, and they immediately put me at ease. The entire staff was extremely friendly! By far my favorite dentist, I plan to go her from now on!

Not impressed. I went in for a cleaning today and told them I was interested in getting retainers again as my teeth have shifted. They told me they think my insurance would cover half of it. I said great but please make sure. They said they would call. Then sent a lady back to explain to me that it would be $700 off insurance. I told her I had insurance and would like to know if they would cover half. She then preceded to talk over me as I was talking and tried to convince me that I could pay the $700 now and wait to see if I get a reimbursement in the mail and that if they don’t end up covering, I could just auto draft payments until the $700 is paid in full. I again tried explaining that I wasn’t going to pay $700 but would love to get the retainers if my insurance covers their half. I again tried asking if they could call my insurance or if I needed to. She tells me that I can call but the insurance could say they will cover it and then turn around to them and say they won’t and fight with them. I asked her why they would state something if it wasn’t true and she walked out of the room. Why was she trying to make it seem like insurance wouldn’t clearly state what is and isn’t covered? Seems to me like someone didn’t want to do their job. Another lady came in the room and handed me a card with a code to call the insurance. I said I would call but then asked if they could send a written authorization to them and she quickly said they could send off a DP. Why this wasn’t done or offered in the first place, I have no idea. Completely rude and unprofessional. I felt like she either wasn’t listening or didn’t care what I had to say. She was also chewing on something while talking to me. I’ve never left a review on Google but this experience warranted one. Please be cautious with this office. I feel completely undervalued as a patient.

This place is awesome. I have been going there for at least 15 years. I had moved away for a couple of years and would come back in town to go there. They are great!

The best dental experience I have ever had which is says a lot because I hate going to dentists.

I have never felt more comfortable at any dentist office. Dr. Emami is such a great person with an amazing heart. He actually cares for you and your dental needs and the staff is very kind and compassionate as well. Update: still seeing Dr. Emami for my dental needs. He did my 3rd root canal today and he is just amazing at his work. They treat you as family, not just another patient.

Update 12/16/20: Galleria of Smiles did reach out again and we were able to figure this out and make it right. Update 12/4/20: Better Business Bureau sent them my complaint. This office lied to them!! They're stating they issued a full refund‐this is only part the money that is unaccounted for! They told the BBB that I refused to come pick up the refund-they dont like mailing them and to discuss this further. I have a saved voice mail from12/1, from Alisha, that totally contradicts what they reported to the BBB. I have let the BBB know this and that they can have access to my voice-mail! Total dishonesty!!! The worst dental office! I have been calling for 3 weeks to settle an appointment from August. I've been calling to see the status of my account after they had me pay well over what insurance left as my responsibility and they can't tell me where the rest of my money went or what it was applied too. They refuse to bill insurance for a part of this treatment saying "they don't cover it" yet its required to complete the treatment.?. Not being registered with the BBB and having a C rating at that, speaks volumes!!! Dont waste your time or money!!! Official complaint with Delta Dental pending...

Great folks. The staff was smart and accommodating. I was scheduled quickly and staff handled all my insurance questions patiently.

I was looking for a new dentist, and my sister referred Dr. Emami to me. From the first touchpoint (calling for an appointment) to the pre-appointment paperwork, and initial appointment, my experience has been superior. Who likes the dentist, really? But Dr. Emami and his team were cordial, fun, light-hearted and frankly, entertaining! They all seem to really like what they do and it shows in the care they provide. Highly recommend. I am making my husband visit next!

Hahaha okay where to start well. With my own regret I signed everything to have a procedure done. They charged my care credit card. But the papers I signed, said if I canceled before 7 days I wouldn't owe anything. I even called and asked, they said I wouldn't owe anything. Well they continued to charge my card. N while trying to get a refund thier sales associate is always busy but is not a dental assistant obviously. N when they refund you they don't refund the whole amount im in a dispute because im having to pay money for them to do absolutely nothing. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! WORD OF ADVICE IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT, DO IT. THEN DISPUTE THE CHARGES Immediately!! They will lie at what will happen. But the Are complete over pricing liars! If you go to them, at least i tried to warn you

I had a toothache last Friday. I called and left a message. They got me right in on Monday. Tuesday I returned to have a root canal. All done. The only pain was from the shot. I go back this afternoon for the crown. One day service. Much improved in 20 years. Dr. Emami is a great person but more importantly he’s an excellent dentist.

From the first time I went to this office, I have felt welcomed and appreciated for my business. Both Dr. Emami and Dr. Justin are so friendly, always have a smile on their face, and show that they truly care. The front office staff and back office staff are all amazing and are all so helpful. I’ve been to so many dentist hay always told me I would have to have all of my teeth removed to get the smile I want, the drs here have shown me that that is in fact false. They’re AMAZING at what they do and I’m actually excited to work with them!

I love the environment and staff and music that they play. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentist due to my past with the dentist. However, I didn’t feel a thing getting my tooth extracted he talked the whole time and I was even laughing!! I actually look forward to the business I will have in the future thank you all so much!

The Galleria of Smiles team is by far the best dental office i have ever experienced. They understood that i get bad anxiety and worked with me to get the work done on my mouth. They have done an amazing job fixing and cleaning my teeth, I could not ask for a better dental office.

Like most people, I was nervous about seeing a dentist. The front desk at Galleria of Smiles, actually listened to me when I called for an appointment. She got me an appointment time the next day, that worked with my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by a staff that actually made me feel welcome. The support staff continued to make me feel welcome and relivant. When they asked, "How are you doing?" I felt as though they really meant it. When Dr. Emami came into the exam room, he spoke directly to me. We discussed the reasons for this visit and a plan for future care. Dr Emami did not speak down to me. He made sure I understood everything and assured me that I was a real member of the team. My expectations for my first visit was to get a plan for addressing a lose dental bridge. Possibly get some type of temporary fix. Dr. Emami and his staff addressed my issues completely. I left with the bridge removed, a broken tooth extraction and a permanent crown. I have been to other dental offices. They typically treated me as if I were a mouth, or worse yet, an insurance policy. The staff and Dt Emami are great at addressing my current and future dental needs. But more, they want to get to know and care about me as a person. I feel Blessed to have found such caring and dedicated people.

At this point, I’m fairly new to Dr. M Enami’s office, but I’m quite pleased to find them to be extremely friendly as well as professional. They have also been very patient, accommodating and knowledgeable with all of my insurance and specific care questions.

I was so scared going to the dentist because I needed filling in three quadrants. Dr Emami and his assistant Halley were so nice and calming. He did fantastic work as well. It was a great experience. Dr Emami asked me over and over if I was doing ok. I will keep going back.

I literally avoided going to the Dentist for 10 years. My Mom goes to the south Tulsa location and spoke very highly of the team. Sand Springs is closer to me so I decided to try that location. I was in luck because Dr. Emami is SO AMAZING. I had to get some serious work done and barely felt a thing. Not only is the dental work great but the entire staff is personable and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable. They also have great Covid measure in place including screen each patient as they enter, marking sure the waiting room is not to crowded, and keep the place spotless. Lastly, they are very willing to work with you if you don’t have insurance. Oh, and they play great music!

I put off having major work done for a long time. Covid was a good excuse, but I was secretly relieved that I had it to blame. I was concerned about the cost, and apprehensive about what I was convinced would be a grueling, painful ordeal. I heard good things about Dr. Emami, and they are all true! He and his staff are the most professional and friendliest I have ever known. They got me right in, and set up a plan for me that is very reasonable and timely. The first phase occurred last week, when I had two fillings replaced, two teeth crowned, and my last wisdom tooth pulled. The whole set of procedures took less than 2 1/2 hours, including making the crowns (they do that in-house so there are no temporaries and no second visit required). I really dreaded the whole thing, based on my past dental experiences, and was concerned about my endurance (very low pain tolerance). It turned out I was stressed about nothing. I have already told a lot of people about this place, and will continue to heartily recommend it. Thank you!

I Couldn’t be happier! I went into my appointment a little nervous because of the procedures I needed done, but everyone put me at ease. I can honestly say everything went smoothly and it was a great experience. The entire staff was so accommodating and kind. They really are the best. They’ve definitely earned another lifetime patient with me!

I highly recommend Gaeria of Smiles. Both dentists are kind and will spend any time you need to make sure you understand and agree with your plan of treatment. They are Christians and they play Christian music which really helps calm me. There hygienists and support staff are kind and gentle. They will work with you financially.
