Today was my first time visiting Flanagan Orthodontics. I had a terrible experience at my previous orthodontist and Dr.Flanagan’s office makes everyone feel welcomed. Has a wonderful work crew and the atmosphere is very nice and clean. Would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Flanagan and his staff are the best! Recommend them 100%. My son has the best smile now thanks to them. They are super professional, always polite and courteous, and they are very knowledgeable. The waiting room is always remarkably clean as well. Highly highly recommend.

Dr. Flanagan and his staff go above and beyond to provide the best patient care whether it is on the phone or in person. They are all very knowledgeable about their profession and will help you in any way that they can. My son has the straightest teeth now and we owe it all to this office. Hands down the best there is.

Hands down the most helpful and courteous staff! From the consultation, having braces put on, every six week visits, to the final stages, removal and permanent retainer we couldn’t be happier with our son’s amazing smile! Now our daughter has started the journey and looking forward to seeing her beautiful results. So glad we chose this office?

Called for information, staff was very rude. Was not willing to give me any information, would not recommend. I just called a different surrounding area orthodontics which had MUCH better customer service.

We love Dr. Flanagan! He is so friendly all of the time. His staff is always so caring and helpful to answer any questions that we have had throughout the entire braces process. We also have had some things happen with the braces and they have fixed them, no questions asked! We are about to start our youngest son’s braces with him now. You won’t regret making the decision to choose these guys!

The staff at Flanagan has allows been kind & accommodating. We’ve had a few “emergencies” and they’ve always worked us in so quickly. My daughter recently got her braces off & her teeth look great. Now we continue with braces & maintenance. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for someone convenient & located in N. GA.

Dr. Flanagan and his team are absolutely amazing. They take care of their patients like they’re family. I have (sadly) had to have braces two times due to my own carelessness and they welcomed me back and really took care of me. I’ve seen this group since I was 8 years old and they’ve never been short of amazing. If you or your child decide to go here, it will be an amazing experience.

Dr. Flanagan and his staff are the very best! He has helped my two boys and they have beautiful smiles! Their office and hours are very convenient which helps to avoid school absences, all of the staff is excellent and Dr. Flanagan is very skilled, knowledgeable and super with the teens! Best orthodontist in the area. Plain and simple. The staff is respectful, informative, and they really make you feel like family. On top of that, the care is effective, and my teeth look vastly better.

My daughter just got her braces at the beginning of the week and I have to say the office staff and Dr.Flanagan have made us feel welcome from the first time we went in for her consultation. Our assistant Deanne sent her a card in the mail and she absolutely ❤️‘D it!! We had to get worked in for discomfort in a wire and they made it very convenient for me and my work schedule. My son has Down syndrome so I was unsure how he would tolerate braces. Dr. Flanagan and his staff were great working with both me and my son. Dr. Flanagan said we would just take it one step at a time and would do as much as we could. All of the staff at the office are wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate my son. I wouldn't go see anyone else!

Dr. Flanagan is by far the nicest person I've met. He's always made sure I was comfortable with everything going on with my braces and he's never not once failed to not be there when anything on my braces went wrong. Not to mention how attentive and sweet his dental assistants are. Dr. Flanagan and his assistants were SO helpful throughout the time I had my braces as well as after I got them taken off. I started working for Dr Flanagan in February of this year. Not only is he great at making smiles more beautiful, patients love interacting with him. Just yesterday a patient brought in a video of himself dancing at a powder puff game at Heritage High, Dr. Flanagan joined in with his own dance moves.

Dr. Flanagan has provided braces for both my daughter and my son, and I would recommend him to anyone needing braces. My kids' teeth look great. His office staff are friendly, appointments are made easily, they don't get mad when you have to change appointment times/dates due to school activities, which happened to us often. A few years back my daughter was a patient of Dr. Flanagan's. We had a great experience then and today we still have that same great experience because now my son and husband have braces. We have never had any complaints about Dr. Flanagan, Dr. Webb or their staff. The ladies that work for Dr. Flanagan are gentle, caring and put your needs first. I like the financing provided by Dr. Flanagan and Dr. Webb. We were given several options to choose from that met our needs. I would recommend Dr. Flanagan and Dr. Webb Orthodontics to anyone!!!!!

My fiance came here to get braces. On the first visit, Dr. Flanagan was very nice and answered every question she had. The dental assistant that assisted him was extremely friendly. When my fiance came in to sign the paperwork she wanted to understand everything she was paying and was asking for the different options on the retainers. The same assistant whom helped her previously, assisted her today. This women completely did a 360 in her attitude and told my fiance that they have never had someone ask so many question and that this place wasn't the best option for her. She was so rude all because my fiance wanted everything detailed and wanted to know her options. My fiance ended up leaving and calling to speak to a manager to explain the rudeness of the employee, but after briefly speaking to the manager, the assistant picked up the phone and tried to tell her that she never said that and she was trying to apologize to her to get her to come back. My fiance had a witness with her who seen what happened. So there was someone else who seen this. The assistant was so aggravated about the fact that my fiance was just curious for what she was about to pay for. The disrespect she showed today to a paying customer was ridiculous. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place (not Dr. Flanagan) because of lack of respect that was shown by the employee.

I've been with Thomas Flanagan and Brian Webb for my orthodontic needs for over three years now. It's been an amazing experience. Everyone there has a great personality and really know their profession. I have my braces off now, but may come back even afterward to keep in touch with my new family.
