All staff was wonderful! First appt and there was a little bit of a mixup of order of appts but it all worked out. Amazing staff and environment!

Dr. Eckels and staff are a joy to visit and it makes you look forward to going back to the office!!

We had two appointments, one was moved to earlier in the day and they made room for the other so we wouldn’t have to make two trips. I really appreciated it!!

I’ve had an overall great experience here. Employees always made me feel at home, and were beyond kind. Everyone was always understanding in every circumstance. After my braces, I finally gained confidence to smile in pictures again. I recommend anyone to go here and truly enjoyed my experience!

I’ve loved my experience at Eckels and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my braces. However... I went in for my appointment today and when my nurse was explaining the importance of wearing my retainers every night she only referred to me as she and was only speaking to my dad about me wearing my retainers. I figured/assumed that since I’m 18 and also the one wearing the retainers that I would be the one to actually get spoken to but that wasn’t the case. Just a weird experience I didn’t enjoy.

The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and I always leave feeling reassured about my treatment plan. I would 10/10 recommend to others!
