It’s been a while since Dr. McInnis give me a great smile. It’s been a major treatment that come up not only beautiful but high quality that lasted for years now . Very professional and friendly personal staff . Always a pleasure to go back to his office for check ups. Do not look any farther if you need crowns , bridges or veneers that will last for years and years to come. I will always recommend Dr. McInnis to everyone .

All the staff are friendly, positive and happy, creating a comfortable atmosphere. My family and I have been with them since 2012 and don’t have a single complaint. Most importantly, we have never felt pressured or rushed into a dental procedure. This is a office that genuinely cares about their patients and not about making money, as many other offices do. 10/10 would recommended.

Fast and Friendly All-In-One Dentist. I needed a dentist for an exploded tooth and I had no idea where to start. I picked an office pretty much at random on Google Maps. This office had all 5-star reviews and no poor reviews. They got me in right away. The staff was through and friendly. They were very understanding that I did not have insurance. They provide a cash discount and told me about other discounted services. My procedure took a little longer than they expected, but they stuck with it until it was completed. The follow-up visit was included in the initial price. I already have an appointment set for the New Patient exam.

I recently moved to the Beaverton area and my filling fell out while I was eating. Since I was new to the area and I didn’t have insurance, I didn’t know where to go. I googled some offices around and I wish I had gone to Dr. Ken Mclnnis’s office first. The front desk lady Cindy was very helpful, understood my frustration after going to a dentist that was going to charge me outrageous prices and only gave me one option of treatment. Cindy got me an appointment the next day. Dr Ken is very friendly and does excellent work. He stays up to date with the latest advances in dental work and continues to expand his knowledge of dentistry. I was very impressed. His assistant Jenny is extremely nice and caring. She would check in with me constantly to see if I was doing ok, making me feel comfortable during the treatment. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Ken if you want to feel welcomed and happy to see a dentist. All three of them truly want to get to know their patients on a more personal level, which makes me think they will remember me the next time I come back. Great office, great people! PS They have apple cider in the waiting room!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. McInnis and his colleagues. They were very warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. They were quick to treat me and didn't leave me waiting long. Personally, I went in to get my wisdom teeth out and it could not have gone any better. Dr. McInnis and his assistant were exceptional. They were constantly reassuring that I was comfortable and relaxed as it could be a stressful appointment. Even while they were working on my teeth they were talking to me and calming me down. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to General Dentistry with Dr. McInnis.
