I’m as bad a patient as it gets, full-on squeamish and pouring with anxiety, and this team helped me get through it like nobody before with a plenty of care and patience, from Ana at the front desk to the two dentists that took care of me, Maddy and Angelina, all brilliant at their jobs, with enough psychology awareness to write a book about, so I cannot recommend them high enough to anybody who needs proper dental care!

My name is James Kieu. I just re-visited Definition Dental office today. Again front desk/customer service was very nice (soft voice and cute talking). Very professional staffs who's really care patients. Very affordable and non-beatable prices. You'll be walking out with satisfy smiles. Five Stars - Definition Dental.

Terrible Dentist. Do not choose here only the review, they don,t care for patient nothing. My husband a little over 1 year ago totally almost a $9,000.00 paid but now he have to go another correct dentist for fix thire terrible work. And now new bill received from Definition Dental that a month ago fix thier terrible work just scrape off his bridge because his gums are broken. He did not want go them but he need to know what's they did it so he went them that was a big mistake. Really, Really be careful, do not choose them only looks nice review, you have to look not nice review too.

Very irresponsable. They made a mistake with my total Bill. I over paid the Secretary said i could use that money as a Credit in the future. Aboyt a month late my husband went in for a cleaning he paid in full after his appointment. Suddenly we get a Bill. I called to use the Credit towards my husband's Bill. After 15 min on hold the Secretary says "there is no Credit in your account, will you pay the bill?" I said I want to use the over payment to pay my husband's Bill. The lady said she will research and call Friday. Its been 3 weeks and I have not received a call yet. Very dissapointed Do not loose your money here.

Super unprofessional. They don't tell you that you're being charged for a service until after they've already done it. Ex: we had already paid in advance for some scheduled cleanings, not only did they make my boyfriends teeth worse but they provided a service and didn't verify with him that the total amount for him would be okay before actually doing it. When we first started going there it was to fix a certain tooth in particular but they insisted that cleanings were needed before fixing the tooth, well this week they told him there was nothing that could be done about it. Not only do they scam people but they think its okay to do it during these hard times. They did the same thing to another woman who was checking out. She believed she was only paying a certain amount and after she received the care they told her that her insurance wouldn't cover and she'd have to pay double the amount, im talking thousands of dollars. I do not recommend.

Spoke to Kent at Definition Dental to schedule a cleaning. He was so professional and friendly! I usually go to another office, but due to Covid I decided to try here. Unfortunately, they have little availability, but I enjoyed my interaction with Kent so much, I'll call back in a while to schedule. They need to keep him!

Worst interaction from a doctor I have ever had. I had a serious injury to my front 3 teeth. I needed all 3 of them crowned. So I went to definition dental. I asked them to bill my insurance and if they wouldn’t then I would find another dentist who would. One of their new employees after the procedure was done took over 6 months to figure this out and insisted that if we could I had to pay out of pocket. When I called the insurance company they simply said they needed 2 pieces of paperwork that they hadn’t received from the dentist office. Fast forward 2 months I noticed something was wrong with one of the crowns. It kept clicking. The dr. Never took me seriously and said everything was fine. And during that exam reviewed my x rays and told me I needed 9 fillings as well. I trusted her and did 3 of them. When I went home to my dentist he said the cavities had been there for over 6 years and most didn’t need filling. Now I have sensitivity in those teeth because she wasn’t conservative. Now a year and a half later I go back because something is wrong with the crown I complained about in the beginning and she cleans it up and says it’s fine. It didn’t fix the problem so she just shoved me to an endodontist. When I called back to ask some more questions before I went to the endodontist the same receptionist who gave me trouble with the insurance was refusing to leave a note for the dr. To call me. She kept saying that it’s unlikely she will and when I got slightly frustrated just hung up on me. When I called back she had the audacity to say she didn’t hang up and then said “ I would like to talk at you for a second. Is that ok?” I was so offended. She then proceeded to tell me I should be grateful for how she got my insurance to pay for the crowns and that she didn’t have to do that. And that I should thank her. The staff haS been super rude. Unwelcoming and unkind. That Dr. argawald is a money hungry disgrace for a health care practitioner. When I went to another dentist to get a second opinion they told me the crowns weren’t even that great because she left huge ridges at the gum line. I regret ever going to this dentist office and hope they go out of business. What a shame.

I had a very good experience at this office. I have been changing dentists from last couple of years looking for dentist who is compassionate and knowledgeable and looks like my search it complete now. Doctor was polite and friendly and explained the treatment plan in detail. Office is very clean and staff is very helpful and makes you feel comfortable during treatment.

Great at first?....then they got pushy with the appointments had to tell them my teeth cleaning can wait ✋ till after the pandemic, not signing anything authorizing high risk of covid, they also tried to say I needed more filings when I got them all replaced, right before I got out of service couple months prior ?....one receptionist left me a message demanding full payment that day while another said no worries I could pay half now, half later....idk lol like I get yall need money but damn

Hygienist and assistant were great. The doctor has zero bed side manners. First visit told me that a cavity will be on watch then day to do filling she abruptly ask if we should do the other one that was on watch. I agreed. The appointment ran over the scheduled time and she ended up leaving without explanation to go take care of another patient. Came back a while later to finish and didn’t even apologize nor acknowledge leaving the procedure. The poor assistant apologized profusely and I sort of felt bad she has to work with that doctor. I would stay away from this office.

Barely saw the dentist, told me I have cavities when I don’t. Made me leave a five star review on Google to get a discount. They had to verify it at the desk so I did it. I’m editing my review which I’m sure most people don’t do. Two stars for weekend appointments and the office was clean. Removed 3 stars for the shady practices. Btw, my new dentist verified I have no cavities. Not a self diagnosis.

The place is newly renovated and neat. The doctor is fine. But the staff are pushy and not communicative. They pushed me to do a deep cleaning, not covered by my insurance. For the next dental cleaning, I was trying to do a regular cleaning fully covered by my insurance, but they charged me additional since it was not a regular cleaning. No one ever communicated with me that the following two dental cleanings were not considered regular, but follow-ups from the deep cleaning, which were not fully covered by insurance. The procedure wasn't any different than the regular one. That's why I didn't notice until checking out. The staff promised to waive the additional fee for me, but I still received a bill one or two months later. In addition, the staff tried hard to persuade me to do braces which I didn't feel comfortable with. I had braces ten years ago and I consulted another doctor at a different clinic before, who told me my teeth look nice and there is no need to do it again. She suggested me to wear retainer instead. The staff here was quite the opposite. I regret coming here.

Excellent service

To be honest, I didn't appreciate the service I experienced with the dentist here when I had a filling done earlier this week. She left the room multiple times after having started my filling and for long periods of time. I was worried the numbing shots would start to wear off. I've never had a dentist leave the room while performing a filling before, which contributed to the lengthy time I was in the chair being worked on. Having the dental equipment removed and replaced from my mouth multiple times or having to hold the equipment in my mouth for a period of time while she left the room was extremely uncomfortable, not to mention rude and unprofessional!!! She didn't apologize for it or address it for that matter. Then the worse part about it was that the filling completely fell out within 24hr of having it filled!!! Never experienced that before either and I've had quite a few fillings done unfortunately. Also, I was only quoted for one filling and during my appointment when she was drilling she asked if it was okay to fill the small one next to it.... therefore, having to pay for two fillings by the end of my appointment. I said it was okay since I was already numb and didn't want to have to come back to do this all over again (wish I wouldn't have though now). I also paid in full for the service the day of my appointment, which was over $400!! And then I was told I had a balance of $300 from my cleaning I had done two weeks prior. I've never paid that much for a cleaning in the past, and I told them that my insurance usually always covers the annual x-rays. Come to find out after talking to my insurance that the dentist office coded my x-rays wrong and if they would have used a different code, my insurance would have covered them. Also, they were requesting that my balance be paid in full before 30 days from my cleaning appointment. Generally, it is standard practice to give the patient 30 days from the date of service to pay any outstanding balance. They also offered me a $25 discount to leave a Google review, so I don't know how many of these reviews should be trusted; but, that does explain why they have a large volume of Google reviews, which is what attracted me to this clinic in the first place. In the process of looking for a new dentist I noticed other dental offices were doing a similar thing. It's ashame really because some of the workers were really nice and welcoming at Definition Dental. I ended up going to a different dentist to have my filling fixed correctly since I saw some reviews of people having the same issue here, so I didn't trust this dentist to fix her mistake. Hope this helps other people when looking for a good dentist! Update: They did send a card apologizing for the quality of service with a refund check for the full amount I paid for the fillings. I do appreciate the thought.

I highly recommend! They were able to see me fast, provided thorough explanations of procedures and were able to give me the lowest promotional cost in the area for a full tooth implant/extraction.

Had a great experience first visit and they are open on Saturday's which is convenient for my schedule. But on the second visit was offered to get money off bill to leave a review and when I made a review they checked it and wanted me to edit the review to get the discount.. So now here's the edit

Today was my first appointment and the experience was beyond expectations! The level of professionalism and courtesy exhibited was excellent from beginning to end! Definition Dental has definitely raised the bar high when it comes to patient care!

I came here last year because I saw the reviews online. I went in for a check up and as I was leaving they told me if I left a review online I would get money off my next cleaning. Thought it was a bit strange since I went there because of the reviews. I went back to them for four fillings. After the procedure I went through a lot of pain and had lots of issues. I called multiple times. A month later I went back in and they said they saw nothing wrong. I started having extreme pain where I couldn't chew on the left side of my mouth. They said there were no issues. They told me to gargle salt water. I went to a new dentist and he had to re-do two of my fillings and I immediately felt better. They left a massive gap in between my filling and tooth and they created a large food trap that the new dentist had to fix. They overcharged me and it took me about two months to receive a refund check. I called, my parents called, and finally my insurance company had to call in order to get the over charged money back. After all of this I did not get my money back even though I had to go to a different dentist to fix their work.

I had a wonderful experience at Definition Dental! Everyone was very friendly to work with and my crown procedure was quick and painless. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a dentist!

Everyone here is so nice! They are extremely helpful and even fit me in for fillings the same day of my cleaning. They are willing to accommodate busy schedules and answer all of your questions thoroughly. Also Amanda the receptionist is amazing and so so friendly.

It's true going to the dentist, can be nerve-racking but having said that the folks at Definition just seem to have a way of putting all those anxious jitters to rest. I'm just going to call it a talent, one acquired with experience. Maybe it was the steady hand of Dr. Agarwal or the clean and up to date equipment or Amanda walking me through the billing or even being able to watch TV while my teeth got worked on. I've seen a lot of dentist's in my life. Definition is five star for sure!

As someone who really hates the dentist, I have to say that this clinic is great! The staff is sweet and informative and the doc has a very gentle hand. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone hesitant on seeing the dentist.

The staff are super friendly and made the time to really evaluate my whole mouth, not just my teeth. They clearly described my options and made time to do a more advanced cleaning in my very first appointment.

I highly recommend these guys. It’s been year since I’ve been into the dentist & they have really took care of me. First I went in to get a bridge done on my front 3 teeth, the bridge is amazing and I get complements daily no one can tell the teeth are not my own. They now have me on track going in to regular visits. I recommend Definition Dental to anyone.

Currently having my dental implants done at Definition Dental and highly recommend them. They are very professional and are very thorough with this entire process. They make follow up calls to see how things are progressing and are great at sending reminders of upcoming appointments. I am very happy with the quality of service that I’m receiving.

Found Definition Dental while looking for dental implants costs. Spoke with Amanda and she explained the implant process and the costs for doing them. It was more cost effective for us to go with Definition Dentals than through our insurance plan so we chose to go with them. Amanda was fantastic and I am glad that we chose them. I had a great experience with Definition Dental and have referred family members and friends there.

Went in for what I thought was gonna be a standard cleaning, and found that some ongoing health issues were wreaking havoc on my teeth. But the Definition Dental care team was wonderfully reasssuring, going so far as to make time to do scaling right then, as well as provide a list of products I could use to treat and heal my gums. They were so kind and wonderful, and assured me that my condition would be closely monitored and improve with treatment. I have never felt so well cared for, and I absolutely recommend choosing this practice as your provider, because they are thorough and they legitimately care about your health and well-being. They are also incredibly accommodating, working around my difficult work schedule, to get me seen as soon as possible. I’m really just blown away by the quality of care.

I did complete dental check-up and refit the crown that was removed. The doctor fit in the crown and was patient with me till I felt that the tooth was aligned. Highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly and provide best recommendations.

Single parent family, loving our relocation to the NW. We needed a new family dentist; could not be happier. My boys have had two great experiences with them; 6 and 8. I had my first cleaning today and have scheduled follow up care as well. If you plan a head with them, they will get you all cared for during same visit, on a Saturday.

Doctor Rohini Agarwal is wonderful. I had pain in my tooth when I visited her and she helped me get past that. She also helped me with other problem in the teeth. The clinic is really well planned and they offer right options for your dental health. The staff is very friendly and considerate. Would highly recommend this clinic for your dental health.

12:30am on a Saturday morning, the night before I'm supposed to leave for my honeymoon, my filling broke!! I logged into my insurance companies' website and found Definition Dental; sending them an urgent email to them asking if they were available. They returned my message within 2 hours and luckily, they were able to get me in and fixed up same day. Everyone was very friendly and although the potential snow storm gave us a worry, they were able to ease my anxiety for this dental emergency and for my trip. Many thanks!!

Today I came to definition dental for the first time and I have to say that I was very pleased with the quality of service that was provided. The wait time wasn’t that long at all. The staff was also very professional and friendly. If your looking ever looking for a cleaning or any other dental service. I highly recommend that you give definition dental a try.
