Michelle is the best welcoming committee ever... Becky is the best dental higenist (sp) ever..Don't forget Jessica too.... Really, this is true, I don't know how else to say it... AND Dr. Betsy is so unbelievably good...Gentle touch, explains everything before she does anything, kind, the best bedside manner ever, and I could go on and on...

Personal care and attention. These folks know how to do it right! I had a bad toothache and Dr. Hill called me personally (having never met me or had me as a patient) and talked to me about my problem and walked me through my options. She ended up sending me to Endodonics specialist in the area to have a root canal and saved my vacation that occurred the next day. I was overwhelmed with the results and the personal attention that Dr. Hill gave me. When I told her so, she simply said “I would do it for any of my patients.” Highly recommend Dr. Hill and her staff!

As someone who has a fear of dentist, Dr. Spencer put me right at ease. She was thorough, honest, and took the time to explain next steps for me in my dental journey. As a dental patient, it's important to be made to feel comfortable and at ease. The receptionists were lovely as well!

Dr. Spencer will always have my deepest respect and appreciation for her skills, professionalism and kindness. I sought her expertise after experiencing six weeks of tooth pain after a questionable crown procedure by another dentist. She did not act impulsively, but rather weighed out several options and helped me select the one that best brought closure to my dilemma. I am so very grateful to have found her.

Mary was awesome! I had a few screenings that I have never had, she checked my tongue for oral cancer, and checked below my tongue for any calcification!!! THANK YOU!!! I wish everyone does it, she took 4 seconds to do it.

This is hands down the best dental practice I've ever been to. Dr. Hill and the entire staff are so kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to help me get a crown replaced the same day and every other visit has been pleasant, quick, and efficient. My family has always had good experiences as well including my kids. Definitely would recommend for your dental needs!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hill! I would consider myself an anxious dental patient, but Dr. Hill and staff made me feel very comfortable the entire visit. She took the time to explain every step before proceeding. When my procedure became a bit more complicated than initially expected, her confidence and competency gave me so much reassurance. She even went above and beyond by following up later that evening. We recently moved to the area and I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Hill! She is a professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate dentist!

New to area, found positive reviews about this dentist. Setting up first appointment was easy. They had to reschedule due to all of the snow and ice closures, but was able to quickly reschedule the appointment - for just a few days after the original date. Staff from front desk area to hygienist to dentist were all professional and friendly. I recommend without reservation.

Cool Springs Family Dentistry is a warm environment filled with kind and caring hygienists/dentists. I've been going to Cool Springs Family Dentistry for about five years now and love it there! My hygienist Michelle is kind and very gentle with cleaning my sensitive teeth. I would recommend it to anyone!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Spencer and her team for about 1 year and they are awesome. I have a lot of ongoing dental needs and I like how she considers all of those needs prior to making a recommendation on how we proceed with the need at the time. She isn’t just in the business for a quick payment, she wants the best long term dental health for me. She and her staff are also very knowledgeable in regard to insurance questions. And making appointments with them is very easy. I highly recommend Dr. Spencer!

Dr. Spencer and Becki are great! They are very professional, friendly and thorough. I felt very confident that they are doing a thorough job in using PPE and doing thorough cleaning between patients.

Absolutely awesome visit. And of course she found a problem that Embassy Dental caused with a crown. Embassy told me I needed a root canal! Also was not pressured to buy 100 other services like Embassy ALWAYS did. And the office and staff all like each other and have been there as long time, I never saw the same dentist twice at Embassy. Was taken back early for my cleaning and Becky spent over an hour with me. Such a great experience, wish I'd switched years ago.

I see Dr. Hill here, and she is amazing! She is gentle, thorough, and kind. She gives good explanations and is very attentive to make sure you are comfortable. She and the hygienists are very committed to making sure you have a great experience.

It was our first visit here and it was such a amazing experience. My 12 year old daughter had a great time. The doctor cleaned her teeth so well and taught her so many things regarding teeth hygiene. Very friendly staff, clean place and lovely atmosphere!

I have been going to Dr. Spencer for over 5 years, and have referred others. Love her for being friendly and honest in her assessment, treatment plans, and billing. After relocating to Nashville seven months ago, coming across this practice has been one of my best finds. In fact, my comfort level with the staff led to me having work done on my teeth I had been putting off. And there's no hard sell, just an honest evaluation and professional, capable and pain-free treatment.

First Visit was a success in my opinion. After moving to Nashville 2 years ago from Canada i was unable to find dentist of my liking, changed 2 dentist in Nashville and now since i moved to Cool Springs area, i decided to give Dr Spencer a try based on wonderful reviews online. I would say that Michelle from front desk to my Doctor Spencer, everyone was friendly and i felt no pressure in my treatment plan. Cleaning was done right with no pain. Dr. Spencer explained very well the treatment plan and at no time gave me impression of pressure to get things done fast. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area looking for dentist. I Probably will shift my whole family to this clinic soon.

This was my first visit as we just recently moved to Brentwood. Definitely will keep coming back as I had a great experience as all of the staff were extremely friendly and professional. They made me feel right at home, similar to my experience at my previous small town dentist that I had used for over 35 years. Was able to use my X-rays that had been transferred to them and overall was a good value.

Today was my first visit to this office, as a newcomer to Nashville, and I will most definitely be going back! Warm and friendly staff, thorough cleaning and examination. While they noted a couple areas that may need attention someday, they were impressed with the quality of dental care I've had in the past. I loved that I could watch TV the whole time my teeth were being cleaned.

Today was my first visit and I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the entire experience. The lady in the reception was efficient and welcoming, Becky, my hygienist, was fantastic in every conceivable way, and Dr. Spencer was terrific and personable.

The staff here is great, and everybody really knows what they're doing. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and pain free the entire time I was there.

Dr Spencer is Awesome. The whole staff if professional and courteous and they're great neighbors.

I did not have a good experience here. The dentist was nice enough. They did a cleaning on my son and that went fine. I was seen and had a cavity done that I ended up having a lot of pain with. Her assistant and the woman at the front desk were extremely rude about it. Isn't that the measure of a doctors office? The pain was so severe, and they questioned it. Like I was lying? The tech actually took some kind of small hammer and started pounding on the tooth and the surrounding teeth. They ended up saying that I needed to go get a root canal or an extraction. After doing some research I opted for the root canal. After that whole thing I found another dentist and it was the first dentist I found in Tennessee that I thought was great. He ended up telling me that he would have redone the filling before sending me off for a root canal or extraction. Whether or not that would have helped who knows, which is why I am giving 3 stars. The woman at the front desk is brusque, the assistant that pounded on my tooth, I don't know what to say about her. She did not treat me right. The dentist sent me a nice note saying good luck but I really can't recommend.

Dr Spencer & staff are wonderful!

I just love everyone in the office. The ladies are all so helpful and are just fun to be around. I would not go anywhere else. They are super easy to work with and very flexible. They are wonderful. :)

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Spencer and her staff have been wonderful. They are caring, considerate and willing to adapt to the patient. My previous dentist seemed too eager to do unnecessary work, but I've not felt that pressure here.

Today was my 4 year old's first teeth cleaning ever. After we left she said that the hygienist, Becky, was "the nicest person I've ever met."

Everyone in this office is fabulous. They have always been so nice to work with and as accommodating to our crazy schedules as possible. I am convinced that dentistry is part art and part science and Dr. Spencer has it all. I have had crown work from previous dentists and her work just seems to fit and feel better from the temporary through the permanent crown. She works hard to make sure everything fits and works together well before she lets you out of the chair. I am also a very nervous dental patient. They have worked with me in a number of ways to help me relax in the chair. If you are looking for a dentist, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
