Dr.Mike and the front desk staff are great but the dental assistants could use some customer service training and be more communicative. I felt treated like a number and not a person . I didn’t even get a good bye and see you next time at the end. I also got mixed messages from the front desk and dental assistant as to why my Invisalign order was delayed 2 months. My care started out great in the beginning but then declined once my dental assistant changed so once my Invisalign case is done I won’t return.

I am happy to share my positive experience with cloud nine dental. From the first greeting with the front desk staff to the first class dental care I received. Every procedure was explained so I understood the need. I was impressed with the great use of a very skilled staff. Melissa chair side assistant graciously check in with me after procedures to make sure my needs were met."WOW" I am so happy I received this referral from another happy Cloud Nine patient. Cloud nine does a very good job for typical dental services but failed our family during a dental emergency. My spouse (who was also a patient at Cloud Nine) cracked a tooth on Saturday afternoon. Cloud nine was unavailable all weekend to assist with this dental emergency as they did not set-up the calling service message correctly and we were unable to speak with the dentist. After enduring two days of terrible nerve pain we called Cloud nine first thing Monday morning to get in for emergency care. Cloud nine directed my husband to go to an Endodontist, stating they typically don't deal with cracked teeth - despite their website listing that they do handle Emergencies. My husband visited the Endodontist who said he needed a basic extraction of the tooth and that this would be best handled by Cloud Nine immediately. Still in extreme pain, my husband went back to Cloud Nine to schedule the extraction and was told that Cloud Nine's schedule was full and that he could not been seen until Wednesday - two days later. I certainly understand a full schedule but given that Cloud Nine has always advertised that they take care of patients and take care of dental emergencies making a patient wait two additional days for a basic extraction is unacceptable when dealing with extreme pain. Thankfully my husband's old dentist was able to fit him in and take care of the extraction that same day. We will not be returning to Cloud Nine nor recommending this dentist in the future.

Dr Waterman is absolutely incredible! She cares about her patients, and is obviously passionate about her work. She looks at the big picture when it comes to dentistry, and doesn’t try to use a bandaid to fix a problem that can continue to cause issues long term. I had a wonderful experience with her, and her staff!

This is the best dental office I have ever visited. All the staff including the front desk staff, the assistants, hygienist, and Dr. Adams are friendly, welcoming, and a delight to be around. I've been going to this dental practice since the 1980s. Three dentists have owned and operated this practice. The current one Dr Mike is the best! He is very good. The person who helps make him look so good is his dental assistant Elianna. She's the most calm and competent dental assistant I have ever encountered. What makes her so special is her demeanor and her effective and efficient hand movements. They should film her hand motions for dental school training!

I’ve been to cloud 9 dental twice now and both times have been a fantastic experience. The staff there are so nice and greet you with a smile when you walk in the door. My hygienist, Lisa, is the best! She is the most friendly person and so professional. I get nervous just to have my teeth clean and she is very reassuring and always makes sure I’m comfortable. I had a tooth crack vertically this week and went to see Dr. Mike and his team. They squeezed me in their busy schedule and made me feel like i was the only patient there. They have a way of making you feel like you are the most important person at each visit. I could not ask for anything more while under such tooth aching circumstances. Every single person there seemed to be competing for the most friendly person. Also on a medical note. Every employee in each patient room made sure to wipe down each item they touched as if all of devices were to be cleaned to a "like new" condition. Cloud 9 spared no effort or expense to make my vist a 5 star one!

I came in for a filling and Dr. Mike Yesenofski was amazing!! He was fast, thorough, attentive and caring. I highly recommend him and the entire Cloud Nine Dental team.

We took our two year old here for his first dental appointment. I was a little nervous because I wasn’t sure how he would do! I was honestly blown away by our hygienist Lisa and the dentist, Dr. Mike. They were both so patient and kind to him and he now LOVES going to the dentist! They both took their time, talked with him, were so gentle, and gave us some great tips on keeping his teeth healthy! We will for sure be going here from now on and my son is already excited for his next appointment in 6 months!

I wanted to reserve my review for after I'd been there multiple times, to ensure I had the experience gamut and not just a good first impression. Although the office was hard for me to find my first time there, I have been repeatedly impressed by the super friendly and welcoming staff. It almost seems when you first walk through the door that you're in a completely different world, transformed from the outside of the office as a cold business park, to a warm, inviting, comfortable space where you almost feel at home. The great seating, free beverages, and well decorated waiting area shows that they really care about the details that make a huge difference in your brief waiting experience before the appointment. It always lifts my spirits coming in and being greeted by the ever-smiling staff that make me feel like I belong there. I appreciate how understanding they were with my initial billing setup, and they really worked with me to ensure that I was getting the best care for me, and not just trying to pump me for money like some dental offices do. The dentist has been great in informing me on what I've been doing right, and things I can work on to improve my dental health. I can see why his practice gets such great reviews. I'll keep coming back.

We love Cloud Nine Dental! I trust Dr. Ballard and his team with my care as well as my kids. He has consistently chosen a more cautious approach rather than an expensive aggressive one. My kids enjoy going to the dentist because he and his team make it fun. He has a warm beside manner and great stories for kids. He explains what he is doing and has a calming personality. You are always made to feel that you are part of the plan and approach. His staff has been with the practice for a long time. It's great to see familiar faces and it's reassuring for the kids. I think having long time staff is a good indication that the dentist is a great person to work with and that they respect him. I also think everyone is happy here and you can tell when you walk in the door. You'll see Lisa at the front desk who has such a warm greeting. She is exceptionally friendly and has wonderful communication with patients. It's a pleasure getting reminder calls from her. The hygienists have always been gentle and great about explaining preventative care. They are wonderful with my kids as well. They have made a difference in educating my children about their dental health with a splash of fun.

Last week I was suffering from a terrible toothache and the day I was scheduled to go into another dentist they closed their office due to weather. I contacted Cloud 9 and they fit me in for an emergency appt in 20 minutes. I have never had such a great dental experience, all of the staff is extremely friendly and kind. In the past, I have always had fear going into a dentist office and would leave feeling guilty about not coming in sooner, but not here. I have never left a dentist office with such a positive experience and I am looking forward to continuing all of my future dental needs here. Obviously, I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a dentist!

I've generally had really good experiences with dentists in the past but Cloud Nine Dental really blows everyone else out of the water. Everyone from the lady's at the desk to the hygienists and dentist himself are friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and really want the best for you. I am sad that I no longer live in the area and have to leave them behind =(

Dr. Ballard made me feel very comfortable which is not something I ever thought I would say about a dentist. Visiting his office doesn't fill one with the usual fear and dread associated other dentists I've been too. The friendly staff make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the office. The waiting room decor is on fleek. And they offer free coconut water. Very nice.

Cloud Nine Dental is so spectacularly wonderful that I drive 17 miles across the metro area to get my dental care. Dr. Ballard explains what he's doing, keeps up with the latest technology, and is highly concerned with patient comfort. He and his staff are welcoming, fun and very very nice. The office ambience is warm and filled with original art. It's actually kinda fun to go to the dentist!

I recently had a filling done at Cloud Nine. When they initially did the X-ray they were very straightforward and honest about what needed to be done and treated me with respect. When it came time to do the filling I was nervous as I expected it to be painful, but the good technique of Dr. Ballard and his staff made it very comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience.

I have been a patient for about 15 years and I look forward to each dentist visit. The front office recognizes me and always greets me by name when I walk in, even though they only see me every 6 months. Jeri is an amazing hygienist who is so friendly and cheerful. Dr Ballard is conservative in suggesting procedures and is very knowledgeable about what options are available. I've always been picky about the dentist I choose and going to Cloud Nine Dental is worth the 45 mile drive.

Could Nine Dental is honestly amazing. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and made to feel welcome. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We've all been to those dentists that try to shame you and you never experience that here! Rose at the front desk has amazing customer service, Elianna, one of the dental assistants is always so kind and cheerful, Dr. Ballard is so knowledgeable about his field and truly seems like he wants you to be happy with whatever service you're receiving, finally Dr. Garcia specializes in Orthodontia and also is amazing! I don't even know where to begin. If you want to find a dentist with staff who really care about you look no further, this is the place to be. And who am I? I am an insecure scared dental patient who was traumatized when I was young and have feared the dentist since. The staff from the front desk, which also provides assortment of drinks, bottle of sparkling cider and seed to plant a flower to amazing dental assistant IILANA and Ericka to name a few go above and beyonder to make you feel at home. Then with Dr. Ballard he cares, listens and wants you to be happy and feel safe. My last visit he had a tought time with a toddler and still felt bad that he had taken up our time but was so patient with this little scared girl, it was amazing. Honestly look no further than this team for all your dental needs. I got the best veneers a girl could ask for.

When Dr Ballard first took over for Dr Griffiths we made our first apt and were frankly devestated by the change. Not only is he condescending to women, blantantly talking over you and dismissing your concerns, his mind was clearly on finding out how he could glean the most money from you per visit- dentistry was his secondary concern. He filled a tooth without xray-ing first, and filled the wrong tooth. The cavity needed to be addressed still so we had to take our records from Dr Ballards office (a four week process ending in us asking three times in person) to have the tooth repaired properly at a new dentist. We would never go back except to go to the dental hygenists -Jerri is Wonderful!! This last week we called the office-after two years-to only have our teeth cleaned. We had missed the excellent job they did, and after being patients there almost 20 years with Dr Griffiths, wanted to hear how they were all doing. After we had been scheduled we received a call back from Rose, one of the rudest and condescending office staff we have ever encountered, to be told they were cancelling our appointments. When we pressed as to why, we were told Dr Ballard will only see patients he has examined himself. After a discussion about this policy, wherein she repeatedly told us they 'didn't service people with our needs' (?) we conceeded we would be happy to pay for the 'exam' add-on to the cleaning, (even though having had a complete dental exam just last month) she then quoted us a price. Being the price we gad to pay to get some great dental hygenist work was a comprimise we could live with. Then she proceeded to add a new patient fee, a file set up fee, and 'mandatory!' full xrays!! When I objected to the upsell, she again repeated her mantra that we were not the clients they serviced, (?) when we asked exactly what that meant, she hung up on us. Only go here if you are happy to be treated badly, overcharged, upcharged, and are ok with mistakes in your dental care. So once again, we can say whole heartedly, the BEST hygenists in town, and by far the WORST dentist.

I've been to about 5 different dental offices and Cloud Nine Dental is the best; there is no comparison. Everyone is always upbeat and professional. The office is new and spotless. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering this place. Oh, and they give out nice floss in the goodie bags! :)

It's always a pleasure to visit the staff at Cloud Nine Dental. They are always fun while still upholding all the professional requirements you would expect at a dental office. The work they do is excellent and as I personally can attest......Guaranteed by Dr. Ballard! If you ask nicely, sometimes there can be cookies involved too!!

Out of the few dental clinics I've been too, I've never felt so comfortable and so welcoming like I did as a new client at Cloud nine. Great treatments, and the staff is great!

This is the story on how: a $825 (before insurance) root canal quote given on 2/24/2017 turned into a $510 bill (after a 50% insurance discount) on 3/3/2017 which was also the day the root canal was performed. Everybody was happy. But three days later, on 3/6/2017 the $510 bill turned into a $1020 bill. This happened because we were told that they had called my insurance when in fact they hadn't. The word estimate was never used when before the procedure they told my daughter that my insurance covers 50% and the bill due that day would be $510 If all parties involved were to stick to what was agreed upon on before and after the services were rendered, what I owe them is only $410. The price of $510 we were given on the day of 3/3/2017, minus the $100 I paid in full for 2/24/2017 services which my insurance agreed to cover. UPDATE: Today is 3/15/2017 My daughter called the office today to get this sorted out and she got bluffed off. It seems neither Rose nor Lisa are accepting any amount of responsibility for the series of miscommunications that have occurred. Not even for my daughter having been quoted $825 for a procedure that actually costs $1020, before insurance. Lisa, I'm disappointed in you. Today, 3/15/2017 you told my daughter when she called that most insurances dont give information over the phone to you, which is not true and you're using that as an excuse for never having called my insurance as you had promised. **************** You now tell my daughter the 50% you used instead of my actual insurance discount is a "low ball discount" that is common practice in your office because you assumed in the end my insurance would cover more. You could've just been honest with us and told us no one ever called our insurance and we would've been able to make an informed decision about wether to go forward with the root canal or not. **************** And Rose, to you I say, my daughter accepted services when you told her that the insurance isn't going to cover 80%, rather that they would only cover 50%. We accepted THAT. But now you top yourself by not admitting that's what you said. And on the short conversations my daughter and I had with both of you today you both act like you're sure you're going to get away with it. It's not even a matter of money. It's a matter of trust. It makes me wonder if the raving reviews Cloud Nine Dental has are of people who don't even notice things like these happening to them. After that encounter with Rose on the phone back on 3/6/2017, I finally had some time to pick this issue back up again yesterday 3/15/2017 and today due to the snowstorm back here on the east I'm off from work. I drafted this whole letter/review and waited to see what Lisa would tell my daughter. And then after it was confirmed no one cares, I called to request that Dr, Ballard call me. I want to send this letter to him to make sure he has all the facts to see what he thinks; To see if in fact this is how he wants his employees to conduct business at his office. I got Rose when I called, told her to have Dr, Ballard call me and she said he's with a patient and that she'd forward my message. Today 3/16/2017, I still haven't gotten a call from Dr. Ballard, so I decided I'd post this review on Yelp and perhaps someone would care to read it and give me reason to update it with a positive update. If not at least it'll feel good that I've educated others on how not to end up having the same negative experience as I had. We are still satisfied with Dr Garcia's treatment and care but unfortunately, the front desk/billing care at Cloud Nine Dental needs serious improvement. I don't expect to pay more than $410. As soon as I get a bill for that amount or less it shall get paid. A smile is not enough and it's definitely not enough for an unhappy client.

The best dental office ever. I was a new client and Lisa made me feel right at home. She understood my nervousness and discomfort level and was always careful to ensure I was pain free. I was given options and suggestions and wasn't scolded even though it had been two years between dental visits. The prices are reasonable and for the first time ever I didn't see dollar signs in the eyes of the dentist when I opened my mouth. I left feeling good about myself, the health of my teeth, and my treatment plan. If you are shy, scared, or just plain don't like the dentist-this is the place for you.

I would high recommend Dr Ballard and team to any of my friends. Had some extensive work that needed to be done and everyone was very helpful each step of the way.

I just had a wonderful experience as a new patient at Cloud Nine Dental. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome and appreciated. It doesn't feel like a medical office; the decor and vibe are friendly and laid back. The staff, from the front desk to X-ray technician to hygienist, are warm and inviting. They are very professional, but also just plain nice and fun. Big shout out to Alene for the pleasant conversation and for providing this new transplant with a great list of places to explore in and around Portland. As for dental care, the new patient regiment was quick and efficient. Dr. Ballard was very easy to talk to and discussed my dental health in a way that made sense and wasn't too aggressive. I really jive with his approach to dental health. I'll for sure be sending my family to Cloud Nine and am looking forward to my next visit!

Dr. Peter Garcia is a fantastic dentist. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is also very kind and caring. I had been a previous patient of his with his practice in Milwaukie and switched dentists due to insurance changes. After having less than ideal experiences with another dentist, I tracked him down at this location. Not only did he fix what was done wrong and save me from having an unwarranted root canal, but continued to follow up with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. You can have complete confidence with Dr. Garcia in regards to the health and care of your teeth. He goes the extra mile! Not onlu that, the staff and accomodations at Cloud Nine Dental are top notch. I am extremely happy with my experience here. I will trust my teeth to no one else and I have nothing but the highest recommendation for Dr. Garcia and Cloud Nine Dental.

I finally had my old, only filling replaced today. I was so nervous about it and let the staff know. My exam and cleaning took twice as long as the filling removal and replacement. No discomfort whatsoever. The warm towel massage after each procedure made me feel more like I had been at the spa rather than the dentist. Dr. Drew Ballard is a true delight and very knowledgeable and professional. He runs a tight office and his staff is top notch. I would highly recommend Cloud Nine for a great experience from a great staff.

I've been coming to cloud nine dental before it had that name and I've always loved coming to the dentist to check on my teeth because of the good job that the staff does and how friendly they are.

Dr. Ballard and his staff make going to the Dentist an amazing experience for our whole family. His patients and personality make it an enjoyable experience for our four year old who never wants to sit still. He also works to provide the best technology and products available. My visit with Cloud 9 was nothing short of AMAZING! They made me feel SO comfortable during the whole visit, I could feel the genuinity within Dr. Ballard's practice. Not once did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch or being "recommended" some procedure. A year ago I went to a dentist who presented me with some procedures he recommended but NOT once did Dr. Ballard recommended any procedure. Makes you think a little about some practices' motives with patients. That is not the case with Dr. Ballard's practice, from the first call to the exit out of my appointment I was beyond pleased with the service. The lovely ladies at the front (Jovi and Lisa) were willing to contact AND follow-up with my previous dentists practice to collect my X-Ray's. The hygienists team (Lisa, Rose, and Irene) were so gentle and thorough with my cleaning and the very EFFECTIVE whitening treatment (Sinsational Smile)! I am beyond thrilled with my results and with Dr. Ballard's friendly, caring demeanor. In today's age, you don't find that kind of sincere care. It's hard to imagine, I know, but I love going to the dentist! Honestly its been emotional for me to go, because I haven't been for many, many years, and I feel bad about it. Now I'm super happy that I'm getting my teeth fixed and I feel better about myself. Dr. Ballard is amazing, he is highly skilled. I had to get a root canal, which sounds terrible, but there was absolutely no pain! I had no pain during the procedure nor after the numbness wore off. It was amazing. I absolutely love all the ladies that work there with him. They do a great job, totally competent and they make me feel relaxed and cared for. Every person there does their best to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Dr. Ballard and his troops are truly kind. They actually make teeth while you wait! They prepare the tooth, and then give you a coffee card to go get Starbucks while they make the crown. 25 min later you go back in and they put the tooth on! They have very modern facilities and I felt like they all were very knowledgeable and good at their professions. I felt really secure knowing I was in good hands. I'm really happy I chose Cloud Nine, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone at all. Thanks so much to everyone there, they have really helped me so much!

If you are looking for a fantastic dentist that cares about you, your teeth, and your total experience at his practice, look no further. From the first phone call you will notice the difference. At my first visit he came out and introduced himself before my appointment started. His staff is so nice and makes you feel at home. I unfortunately needed a crown, but Dr. Ballard and his team treated me with kindness and made it as great of an experience as having your teeth worked on can be. The numbing process was painless and they really cared about my comfort and how I was doing through the process. He cares about the details, which is super important when you are working on teeth. He has some really cool technology that allows him to create the crown in the office while you wait. He even showed me the 3D image and let me watch while he was putting the final touches on the design. No second visit for me. They would have sent me with a gift card to Starbucks while I waited for the crown to be created, but I opted for a second filling while I waited. I did a lot of research before switching to this dentist as I had been going to my previous dentist for a long time. I wanted a full service dentist that also offered cosmetic dentistry and Dr. Ballard is him. Stop your search - you will be treated with respect and no judgments at this dentist. Highly recommend.

Dr. Drew Ballard and staff do a very fine job with all my dental care and my wife's. They are very gentle in everything they do: from the first numbing shots, right through to the cleanup at the end. When Dr. Ballard advises me, he gives me options, listing what he thinks needs to be done minimally and optimally, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. Upfront at the desk, Lisa & Jenny give me accurate estimates of what my out-of-pocket expenses will be, and are always smiling and working with me to fit dental care into my tight schedule. Dental hygienists Irene, Jeri and others are fabulous in their concern for my comfort and well-being. I am very pleased with their service and friendliness.

I met Dr. Ballard at the Portland Wedding Expo and received a discounted offer for a teeth whitening session. I have to say, this dentist office is really nice. I was greeted right away, all the staff were really nice and the place was really clean. This is the first time I've had my teeth whitened and my tech Rose did a great job of explaining the process and what I needed to do at home for the follow up. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a comfortable atmosphere to be at the dentist.

Okay, nobody likes going to the dentist and finding a good one is like looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! On the recommendation of a co worker, I decided to give cloudnine dental a try. Wow, what a great experience. From first stepping into the beautiful office, to the cheerful and efficient receptionist my entire experience was awesome. Not only was Dr. Ballard one of the most efficient dentists, but he showed a true concern about my comfort and treatment plan. Alayna, the Dental Hygienist, gave me an amazing cleaning and was pleasant and charming. I also recommend the teeth whitening as it made an incredible difference. Watch out Portland, there is an amazing dental office in town that truly shows professionalism while being courteous and caring about their patients.

I've been going to this practice for 35 years (before it was Cloud 9). I was nervous about the changes in DMDs but I have been very pleased with the team at Cloud Nine. The office staff and hygienists are friendly, professional and really seem to be engaged which says a lot! They all seem to love what they do, treat their patients with care and respect and appreciate working for Dr. Ballard. Dr. Ballard is wonderful too! He is up to date on current trends and treatments, honest, friendly, and doesn't nickel and dime services. I fully trust his advise and highly recommend for anyone to check them out.

Dr. Ballard is a great dentist. Even when he has to deliver bad news (like a crown needs to be replaced) he does it in such a nice way you feel like he is doing you a big favor. You forget there could be some drilling involved. Great dental hygienists and everyone in the office is helpful and nice. Beautiful smiles all around!!

Dr. Ballard's office is a very relaxing place to visit. I was there today to have my teeth cleaned and was welcomed by everyone I saw. Talking with Jeri as she cleaned my teeth was like visiting with a family member. Seeing Dr. Ballard was comforting as he checked my mouth for any issues. He was very gentle and kept me informed as to how things were looking. WOOHOO - good report:) Last year I had 2 implants finished with crowns by Dr.Ballard. Afterwards, he was even available during his camping trip if I needed to talk. This is not something you find very often anymore. A doctor who gives out his cell number. I recommend Dr. Ballard and his staff to anyone who needs dental care. You will be very pleased with your choice.

I have spent a number of years in a dentist chair and have had my fill, no pun intended, of root canals fillings and at least seven crowns and the most challenging of these are crowns. They usually take multiple visits to the dentist and that wonderful feeling of gagging as they take the impressions to make the crown. If you are lucky the Dental Lab gets it right the first time. This last month I went to Dr. Ballard's office to endure this ritual again. What a surprise, they have a state of the art technology that uses a computer software program that is tied to a tiny video camera that is about the size of a ball point pen which is connected to a small milling machine. No gagging or goop in the mouth the new crown is adjusted and custom fitted to your mouth. While you wait for the crown they treat you to Starbucks across the street. The whole process takes about two hours!!!!!! Welcome to the 21st Century. My hats off to you doc! You have a satisfied customer for as long as I am in the area. You are one of the best dentist that I have let in my mouth. Keep up the great work. Have a mentioned that the staff is wonderful and Lisa you rock!!!!!!

I can say without error or ego that Cloud Nine Dental, with Dr. Ballard at the helm, is the best dental office I have ever been to in my entire life. I am someone who has had many a cavity filled and never enjoyed going to the dentist but with the folks at Cloud Nine Dental I don't have to worry about a thing. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. The thing I appreciate most is the effort put into keeping me informed of what exactly is happening to me while I'm in that chair staring at the ceiling. They do their work with a great deal of care and precision. Dr. Ballard prefers to be as non evasive as possible when he does have to go in and do some work which is a welcome respite from the days I spent with some rookie dentist taking a pneumatic driver to my molars. This morning I went in to get a cavity filled. We spent time making sure I knew what was going on, what the best option was for solving my tooth related problems and then fixing those problems quickly and without fuss. Even the shot of anesthesia to my cheek was one of the more pleasant jabs to the face I've taken. The nicest part about that was the reassuring pat on the shoulder; I wasn't having a panic attack but it's reassuring to know they care. I highly recommend Cloud Nine Dental to anyone. The staff are a pleasure to be around and make it a great experience. I like them so much I go see them even though my stupid insurance through work counts them as out of network. If you need a dentist, go see them, it'll be the best decision you've made for your teeth in years.

My family and I have been patients of this dental practice since 1981. For the first 30 years, Dr. William Griffith was the only dentist I felt comfortable with poking and drilling in my mouth. But, upon his retirement last year, he was wise enough about and considerate enough of his patients' concerns to turn over his practice to Dr. Drew Ballard. You can search all over Portland but you won't find a staff more caring and personable, and as professional and capable in managing the dental care of their patients as Dr. Ballard and his team. From the personal investment Lisa takes in helping with billing and insurance payments, to the careful and attentive manner of the dentist and hygienists, Cloud Nine Dental is the best example of what modern dentistry can be.

Dr Ballard keeps tabs on my 30-40 year old fillings. He appreciates the workmanship and is impressed at how well they have performed over the years. Other dentists would be trying to get me to replace them. I trust Dr Ballard to tell me if any are getting loose or if there is decay that threatens to compromise an old filling. We will then fix the issue.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Ballard’s office today and was more than pleased with the experience. I heard about Cloud Nine Dental from my lovely neighbor Rose (whom is a dental assistant for Dr. Ballard) and was not disappointed! Unfortunately my 9 year old daughter had an infection in her tooth and needed it to be extracted right away. I called their office fairly frantic for the first time this morning at 8am and my daughter was seen an hour later. Dr. Ballard and staff made her and myself feel incredibly comfortable, and I got the sense that they were actually concerned and genuinely wanted to provide some comfort for my daughter. They were more than informative about her current situation and the treatment options for her. I highly recommend Cloud Nine Dental and have made the decision to switch providers to Dr. Ballard for my entire family. On a side note - her tooth was out in a matter of seconds. She asked if he had pulled it yet and it had been out for at least a good minute. :) If you have a child who is afraid of the dentist, I can assure you Dr. Ballard will put your child at ease.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when my longtime dentist Dr. Griffith retired and Dr. Ballard took over the dental practice. But my worries were short lived as Dr. Ballard kept existing employees and has consistently looked out for my well-being. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always had trouble with my teeth. Fillings, crowns, or root canals became what I’d expect out of a trip to the dentist. But Dr. Ballard’s preventative care has been amazing. I haven’t had any new problems in 2 years! I would recommend Dr. Ballard to anyone I cared about. In fact, my whole family goes to Cloud 9 Dental.

Friendly staff, gentle hygienists, and trustworthy dentist. I've been to dentists who aggressively over-treating any little thing. Dr. Ballard takes a much more conservative approach, which has saved a lot of unnecessary work, expense and stress. Going to the dentist isn't necessarily fun, but the staff at Cloud Nine actually make it a pleasant experience.

The atmosphere of the office from the moment you walk in is warm and welcoming. The staff are kind and easy to talk to, and Dr. Ballard really took the time to talk to me about my dental care. I have constrained time and budget and with both issues he has worked diligently and patiently to get things done in a way that would work best for me. My experience with Ballard Dental has been great. Today I had an implant placed by Dr. Ballard. I have had two others done by an oral surgeon, and today's procedure could not have gone better. The staff is friendly, competent and very caring. Dr. Ballard could not have been more helpful by explaining everything and then proceeding with care and a very calm demeanor. There was no pain from the anesthetic, a big plus for anyone ancipating dental care, the assistant had everything ready to go and was so polite and personalble with both me as the patient and also with Dr. Ballard. Everything in the office is bright and clean and so inviting. The staff that greeted me when I arrived and also helped at the end of my appointment was also caring and skilled and very competent.
