I have been seeing Dr. Wright for 35 years and really missed him this time. But I'm glad that he is enjoying retirement. I wasn't happy that my hygienist put Fluoride on and didn't tell me that it was an extra charge. I have a very tight budget and was not planning on that charge. Can you please suggest to her that she make the patients aware of the charge before just applying the fluoride? Other than that she was a very nice girl.

I was at ease with the staff and appreciated the explanations of all proceedures and options. Glad that Cambridge was recommended to me!

I have been a patient at Cambridge for several years and what I most appreciate is the expertise and care by Dr. Johnson and the hygienists. I always feel confident about my care and the professionalism exhibited by Cambridge staff.

The lady that cleans my teeth is ALWAYS thorough. She washes her hands EVERY SINGLE TIME, and I appreciate that SO much. I was a germ freak BEFORE covid so the fact she takes that extra step says alot. And she always gives me wisdom on what I should be doing to maintain a healthy smile. I forgot your name (sorry), but YOU are awesome!

Horrible experience. Rude office staff. Dishonest. “Decided” to keep an overpayment to them vs refunding me because “we did some extra free work”. Also, problems with dental work a year after were not addressed. Felt like an ego issue…just wouldn’t admit he (Dr Wright) inserted implants crooked.

I’m a long time patient at Cambridge Family Dentistry and I can’t say enough how happy I am to have found this place! Dr. Johnson and Amber ALWAYS go the extra mile to make sure I’m comfortable and informed. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, always. I will refer everyone I know to Dr. J at Cambridge Family! 10/10 would recommend Cambridge Family Dentistry! Growing up, I had horrible experiences with dentists. They were mean to me, made me feel less of myself, and didn't provide great care. Cambridge Family Dentistry knocked it out of the park! Dr. Johnson and Amber were phenomenal and I recommend them to everyone I come in contact with. They are personable, caring, and provide you with all the care you need!

Super friendly staff, and very accommodating to my toddler that I had to bring along to my appointment.

I always have a great experience with all the folks here from check-in to check-out and everything in between! They really care about the health of their patients and are always happy pass along their knowledge in a fun way that I can remember. Two thumbs way up!!

I've been a patient for 30+ years. I know most by name and think they're very conscientious regarding patients care and keeping them at ease. I've always felt as if my family and I got the best dental care.

Dr. Alan Herman is caring,wonderful dentist. He explains everything to you in detail and gives you honest information on what needs done and options that he can do . I used to have Dr. Dean Wright and he was really great too but he retired and since then I have went to Dr. Herman,which I have no regrets at all.

Don't do implants of any sort at this dentistry. They don't listen and you get billed more then quoted. The company that makes the dentures doesn't care how they fit.

I never would have thought I was financially stable enough to be a pt there. My husband owns his own business and a lot of his regular customers are godly people. They donate their time and treat you like youre paying just like pts with great insurance or enough money that they dont even have to ask how much the procedure will cost.( you know the saying if you have to ask its probably too much for you.) Anyway one of my husbands regular customers came to him and said i hope this dont offend you but I would love to send you to a great friend of mine----Dr.DeanWright.My husband teeth were not terrible but they said that the could give hime implants and never have to worry about pain or teeth shifting. At first we looked into the cost and felt that there was no way we could accept a blessing this large. But..after talking to Dr Dean, regular customer of my husband and each other we accepted.what a blessing! GOD is good!! Ok now this is where Im gonna try to make this a short story. It had been months and I had been fighting a bad tooth that hurt everday and at times I would get lg abcess on the gum. It worked out that Hubby was working for regular customer that blessed him. Because of his love for me him swallowed him pride and explained my situation. And since he would be getting paid within acouple days he asked if he would again speak with DrDean. Enough said.He knew we would make the arraignments to pay him. So I walked into Cambridge Dental. The nurse immediately could see how swollen I was .She took my. Xray promptly. She looked at me and said you aren't taking ANYTHING for this. I said just advil and orajel. Thenshe said she did know cause it was infected the whole bottom right side was severly infected and then proceeded to show me. This angel grabbed my hand and said this is getting fixed today. I was kinda like ok we'll see what doc says. He came in and said the numbing shot was require alot if it would even numb it. Then he said Ive bee doing this a long time and I cant send you back out there in my condition. He asked if i trusted him. Oh course. That miracle worker somehow pulled all my bottom teeth and I had to come back but he also made a bottom denture for me. I sat in that chair and bawled like a baby. In life you dont cross the path of people that just want to give, pay it forward. I say that because we tried to pay and Doc said nope...on the house. Then he mentioned my husbands regular customer and said," He's not the only one that likes to help people in need," I was amazed..My opinion is if you're looking for a great place, they're the best in town! ❤ much love for the whole crew at Cambridge Dental. BTW.....Thank you guys. I have true love for my newest addition to my spiritual family.

First if all I would like to say the hygienist was SO nice and professional. The 1st thing she did when she entered the room was WASH HER HANDS! I even thanked her that she did that. I see a lot of them just change gloves but not wash their hands. She cleaned my teeth THOROUGHLY and told me what I needed to do to keep a healthy smile. Good job.

I had mini implants put in by Dr. Wright in 2014. Some previous medication I was prescribed destroyed all my teeth. I had been suffering with disgusting rotting teeth and abscesses. One infection I got was so bad that I literally screamed in pain. I couldn’t take it anymore and decided it was time to do something. Dr. Wright pulled all 32 broken and rotting teeth at once and then placed 14 mini implants. I was in surgery for 5 hours. They took care of me by prescribing me antibiotics and medication for my pain. I had to call Dr. Wright on a weekend because my body rejected one of the implants. He talked with me and advised me on what to do until I could get in to see him on Monday. The man truly cared about my health. He removed the failed implant and everything went great from there. It is now 2021 and my implants are still in tact. My teeth looked incredible then and they still do. I’ve actually had people that run cosmetic dental pages on Instagram like my photos. My dental work was expensive but it was worth every dime. I will never have to suffer with rotting tooth pain or a hideous smile ever again. I’m very satisfied with the service provided

After being a patient at Cambridge Family Dentistry for 8 almost 9 years and paying thousands of dollars for treatment, my appointment was canceled and my bill sent to collection for $24 instead of notifying me, I was just in the office In August 2020 and they said nothing to me about a balance being due?!!!! I am most perturbed about it and am considering looking for a new dentist (any recommendations?)

I absolutely love the care I receive here especially from my hygienist and Dr. Herrman. I have been to other dental offices but this is the first time I feel comfortable and not fearful in their care. I know that all of my needs will be thoroughly explained and taken care of, pain free. I love their pleasant and professional approach. Thank you, Dr. Herrman and staff for all you do.

I was disappointed with the options I was given. I expressed my needs and they still said they were going to use my old dentures that are too small and they hurt. Not to mention the doctor went south on me and said oh they'll be fine. Just go get a little botox , I do. I was crying, felt cheated. I've been having 3 years of not being able to eat real food cause the first dentist made me horrible teeth I can't eat with. I've been saving,,waiting, dreamimg of being able to go to a reputable dentist and it winds up being the same. They can't guarantee anyrhing.or make me new dentures. I'm not getting them for free. I asked to speak with Dr Dean Wright and they said no, hes not seeing pts, hes retiring! Omg, I'm going to mexico!

I went to Cambridge denstrity after seeing dr Wright on channel, 12 news I had fallen and broke a tooth and a couple loose ones I was seen by dr Johnson I was. happy when she said I was a very good candidate for implants she went over what she recommended I told her it would depend on the cost I m a retired senior and ver small social security income she gave me a breakdown of what the total cost would be so I agreed I was suppose to get 6 implants at a cost of $985 each I was not informed that she only put in 5 instead of the six and not given a reason I requested a copy of the new bill which showed she charges $1180 per implant instead of the $985 I was then told the less implants they do the more they charge I was also not informed of this and of ores the make you pay upfront i had also wanted to come in since after 3 weeks I m still not able to chew as good as I’d did before the implants I was then told dr Johnson would be out till march yes I m getting legal counsel but just beware that they do not disclose important issues or cost upfront so you may get charged much more they owe me $985 please consider going elsewhere

Dr. Polk did a fantastic job on my upper bridge and extractions. Everything looks awesome. He took his time and explained everything. Very happy with his service and with Cambridge

I saw the infomercial by Dr. Wright about 5 years ago. I had upper dentures that would not stay up. I used paste several times a day. I made an appointment and saw Dr. Nida Vessali she was so nice. She took exrays explained about implants and the cost. I had 4 implants and was able to use my original denture with the palate cut out. Two years ago I had Dr Vessali replace my old dentures and these new ones look so much better than my old ones these look like my natural teeth. I recomend her and her staff to anyone who has problems with keeping their dentures in place. I look at it like people spend money on a new car that they will probably only keep 6 to ten years. These implants will last me a life time. They are like having real teeth can eat anything you forget they are there. So happy and the whole Cambridge Famly are so friendly and helpful. I am so glad I saw the infomercial by Dr. Wright. Thank you all.

I have been coming to Cambridge for over 2 years. My dental work was not simple & most dentist had advised I would not be able to receive implants due to the lack of my remaining gum/bone structure. I am extremely grateful to Dr Neda Vessali for going above & beyond most doctors comfort zones & MAKING my implants happen!! She is AMAZING!

This company Is better suited for people that can pay thousands of dollars out of pocket. Not for the everyday working class with insurance that they don’t take. Other then the dentist or anyone doing work on the patient, has a better then everyone attitude and it’s disgusting. There is a certain caliber of folks that they prefer walking through this office, it’s clear from the receptionist down to the billing department. What this office needs is better staff that are more welcoming and can explain things better instead of causing a bunch of chaos and confusion that is unwarranted.

I had a mini implant placed back in 2015. I am now having it removed due to infection and bone loss around the implant. Dr. Wright could’ve done a better job in my honest opinion. That was way expensive for the results I received.

Dr. Wright and Reva are the best. They have treated me very well and honestly look forward to my appointments, they are good people that do a great job.

Dr. Johnson and the whole team have been fantastic. Great professionally with a great sense of humor.

Both of the dental hygienists have been wonderful, and, of course they don't come better than Dr. Wright. People look at me funny when I tell them that "I love going to my dentist".. But, that's ok.. I LOVE MY DENTAL HYGIENIST and MY DENTIST at Cambridge Family Dentistry and yes I'm shouting it from the rooftops! I am a dental coward and they are the best at putting me at ease when it is time to go in for a dental cleaning. Amy is meticulous in my dental care and Dr. Kelly Johnson is the best at advising me how to care for or make a repair to keep my teeth and smile looking pearly white and healthy. Amy keeps me laughing and smiling during my visit and that is not easy when you have a someone working in your mouth. It is always and pleasure to get my dental care done at Cambridge Family Dentistry. Even the office staff are courteous, professional and friendly, especially Brandy. She is my go to girl with question regarding my insurance coverage. The office as a whole if just phenomenal. Bravo! Kudos! And thanks so much for the excellent care I have received over the years. ♥♥♥

I highly recommend dr Latham.

Both my wife (Sharon) and I really liked our Hygenist. They did a good job. However we also felt there seemed to be quite a lot of up-selling for different treatments etc. and it made us a little uncomfortable. If the Hygenist's are getting compensated based on the add'l treatments that can be provided it should stop and let them do their great jobs they have been trained for.

I just went in for my 6-month cleaning and my hygienist Miss Amy is a gift from God she did an amazing job on my clean but she went above her duty as soon as I sat down she could see I have been going through a lot so she started to pray with me God has his angels everywhere to witness to help to uplift to comfort you are truly an angel thank you for listening and thank you for praying with me?? ?❤️

My kids always enjoy their dental cleanings thanks to Staci! She makes the experience fun and educational. Also, Dr. Johnson was friendly and professional as usual. Cannot recommend them enough!!

First time in over 30 years I am looking for a dentist. I am 75, not a child. I do not like condescension.

Everyone was very friendly here! I deal with a lot of anxiety and the staff was very patient and empathetic with me. I never felt overlooked or not listened to. They made my first dental visit in years so easy and even pleasant! Best dental office I’ve ever experienced!

Jen Briley was amazing with my 3-year old son! She made the experience fun, welcoming, and playful for him... so much so that he wanted to go back the next day. I'm very pleased with the service we received and will be returning.

I needed new dentures and after doing my research, I knew Cambridge was the place to go. Dr. Wright was fantastic. I received a new upper denture and lower implant. No pain for the implant and all done in 1 day. Great staff and would absolutely recommend Cambridge.

I have been to Several Dentist in my Lifetime. I have had problems with my teeth forever. I have spent a lot of money with other Dentist. I decided to totally change Dentist and go somewhere where they do it all. I went to Cambridge Family Dentistry. And I went to Dr. V. Dr. V did an exceptional job for me. She cares more her patients than anyone I have ever met. I Go see her occasionally for check ups and every time she greets me with a huge smile and offers great care to me. She also has a great Assistant , Beth. Who I enjoy so much. If you are unhappy with your Dentist now. I highly recommend you call Cambridge Now and see Dr. V. No one like her. She treats me like a Good Friend and the work she has done on my teeth cannot be matched. Dr. V is Awesome. Go see her. You will be so Happy you did. Always been a good experience here. I've had the same hygienist for almost 10 years now and she is always nice and goes a great job. And the few times someone else had to step in, they were proficient at their jobs as well.

The dentist charged me almost $8000.00 to implant front teeth in my wife. He claimed to be a specialist. 4 years later I noticed her breath smelled terrible and shortly thereafter her teeth fell out. Her mouth was infected! During this time of sickness, she was having problem with her organs she became septic and died! I am sure t was from the infection. Needless to say I have a strong contempt for this so called dentist! He lied to us. He was incompetent and I believe helped cause her death. Even Vancamiacin didn't touch the infection. Even though it wasn't deliberate all the same he shouldn't taken on this procedure he wasn't qualified for! WARNING HORRIBLE!

Horrible receptionist. Just called. I live in. Newton Kansas. Asked if she took my insurance. She replies not if it's a PPO. Okay well I have no idea and told her I am terminally I'll and need new dentures with least amount of hassles. I said to her. Let me grab my card and we can go from there" . Her reply us I wouldnt know one way or the other you would have to come by our office in Wichita... UNBELIEVABLE. WHAT INCOMPETENCE. I'm not driving 34 miles to see if someone takes my insurance or not.. If this is an example of their professionalism I'd surely run the other way

The work was done in a professional way. I was very comfortable.
