Dr. Caputo was so gentle extracting 2 molars and 2 cracked molars. He was professional and personable. His staff is great as well. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. Kudos to the Britely staff in Greendale!

I'm excited to move forward with implants with Britely Dental. Doctor Barrett was very thorough with his explanation of the process. They gave me options for teeth. They even made it affordable! Here I go!

at first i had thought I had finally found the right place to get my dentures. well i was way wrong. they are quick to try to get you to do implants but at around $20 thousand dollars was not in my budget. the dentist comes in and explains all about the implants and how great they are, and then talks about the snap in ones, kind of down playing them, then comes the dentures which are also down played. after that you're in the room by yourself thinking of what to do. and low and behold a woman comes in and she is a fast talker, kind of like a car sales person. she's the closer, i decided on the most expensive dentures, she guaranteed me that i would love them, well i don't. they don't fit right, they are uncomfortable, they hurt in certain areas. i know i should call, but i have been so mad well it was a $2500.00 mistake.

I looked researched so many dentists in the area. I was not interested and doing anything other than just having three teeth pulled as they were the remaining teeth in my mouth. I was not a candidate for implants do to health reasons. I just wanted my three remaining teeth pulled and new dentures. They were wonderful. Never tried to oversell,. They met my financial situation. They are the nicest people I have ever met. They remember you when you walk in and so professional and pleasant. I will recommend them to anyone whether they're looking for implants or for dentures.

Implant failure is said to be only 3% of the population. I’m a very healthy, 38 years old, non smoking female who is according to them, in that 3% and I strongly disagree. I am in the medical field who understands how fusion works. I have multiple X-rays leading up to my final impression for crowning and they should have detected any sign of non fusion, but instead they proceeded into doing the final steps before crowning. I was very aware of the procedure and was actively communicating my concerns to the conductor, but the conductor did the opposite. The implants ended up breaching into my sinus hence causing a “fusion failure” to which I am very (as you can only imagine) unhappy about. They now ended up(in non medical terms) patching the hole and I now have to wait for it to heal. My 1 month wait is now looking like a 8-9 mos wait and I am extremely disappointed. I chose to continue with this journey with them in hopes of a better outcome the second time around. To be continued…

When I realized that my teeth were not going to serve me much longer, most of them were crowned, teeth were breaking off at the gum and I needed to have four more decayed teeth removed, I started looking at options. I knew I didn’t really want dentures, but I was finding it difficult to make a large financial investment in dental implants. So I did some research and started shopping around. How fortunate for me that Britely was on my list. After visiting several places that were geographically closer to me, I made the 45 minute trip from South Chandler to Scottsdale to check out Britely. When I left there two hours later I had made my mind up. Not only was the price significantly better than I have been anticipating, based on other quotes, but I was so impressed with Dr. Barrett and his staff. There was an aura of friendliness, honesty, and a sincere desire to help the patient through the entire process. All of my many, many questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was able to get long-term low-cost financing and I hardly lifted a finger. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line because Angela from the doctor’s staff filled out all the applications for me. Before I visited Britely I was like a scared rabbit not knowing what to do. After my visit I felt secure I had made the right decision. Since then I’ve had the surgery done and I’m feeling great. After 3 weeks, I’ve had no pain to speak of and I’m smiling brightly. I hope this helps anyone facing the decision I had to make, because it’s not easy. Thank you, to Dr. Barrett and all his staff, for a wonderful experience.

This dentist doesn't deserve even one star! My husband paid almost $6000.00 for "the best" dentures, and they just fall out. They lined them twice, but then told him they had to make a new upper. When he went in for the mold, the dentist told him they wouldn't do anything else. It was like getting a new hand...if it falls off it's because it a fake hand. They're not perfect. BBB and the dental board will hear from us!moo

The financial people explained all payment options. This was my first visit. I walked out very confident in my decision that I'm going to use Britely for my implants.

Dr. Barrett is awesome! He is a true professional, does excellent work with the latest technology and cares about each patients. The office staff and assistants are also top of the line. I liked the fact his grandfather was an inspiration. My grandfather got his law degree by taking the subway to the New School in NYC at the age of 101. Both an example of higher education, perseverance and perfection. I admire the hard work Dr. Barrett has put into his profession. He is excellent, with top notch skills, and I would HIGHLY recommended him to anyone who needs his services. His emphasis is taking care of each patient.

Wonderful experience at Britely Dentures & Implants Studio! Both my husband and I went for our free consult and x-ray yesterday after making an online appointment. Things could have not have gone better. From the front desk, with Angela and Shannon…excellent customer service, to Crystal working her magic with the high tech X-ray machine…and then meeting with Dr Chris. Everything went as smooth as clockwork. Dr Chris walked us through the results of our x-rays, discussing and pointing out things that he saw, while making remarks and ‘suggestions’ along the way. He then presented options that we might consider as far as our implant objectives are concerned, and just helped us to layout a workable game plan in general. We feel that the cost of services at Britely are beyond fair and honest, and are more cost effective than anything we’ve been quoted elsewhere. We were highly impressed with all phases of our initial consult, top to bottom, and we look forward to working with the team at Britely for our implant needs beginning very soon.

I found Britely Dentures & Implant Studio while doing research on the implant process. I live in Wisconsin but knew I would be coming out to Scottsdale several times for family matters. After all my research, I concluded there just wasn't the the right place near my home town. I was looking for a certain skill level that Dr. Barrett seemed to have, so I went in for a consultation in early March. I knew I picked the right place shortly after I started talking with his staff about the procedure. I had a lot of questions, but I also had a lot of the answers. They nailed every one of them. I decided to pull the trigger and made an appointment for my impressions, pictures and more consultation. This was done on May 18th. My surgery is scheduled for June 1st and I couldn't be more excited. I have every bit of confidence that Dr. Barrett and his staff will recreate a smile I haven't had in 20 years. I will definitely be adding updates after the surgery and during the healing/fitting process. I suspect I will continue to 5 star Britely Dentures & Implants on every update. These people are absolutely phenomenal do a wonderful job . If you need dentures or implants these are the people that have do it .

He pulled all my teeth except 6 that should have been pulled. They said in 3 months I’ll have my dentures. Seven months later and 20 one hour trips there and back, I had to finally ask for my money back. I fill that they only care about the people that gets implants. Don’t go to them.

Would not let me without a mask and ask me questions that is against the law to ask They are not Doctors of heart medicine would not recommend spending your money there.

Let’s start with the web site; I must have looked at 5 different dental web sites but Britely’s was by far the most intuitive, coherent, and informative one out there. I seriously doubt anyone at Britely could have added to it! It was clear I now knew where my new dentures were coming from. 7 or 8 teeth remained to be pulled but the staff at Britely did it without a general anesthetic! I was comfortable the whole time. The staff aren’t obsequious but it’s just their nature to be trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent... wait that’s the Boy Scouts! Well they had 90% of that on every visit. I still only have my temporaries so I’ll either finish this by adding to it or just write another review but I’m confident it will be all good. After all, I’m with the Britely Scouts!

Never thought I’d be so impressed by a dental office. This place is awesome, so professional, the entire office runs like a fine oil machine. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they really take the time to listen to you to make informed decisions. Wish I could have had a bit more time with the doc, but I got lost so I take equal responsibility. This was my review 3 months ago. I am changing it i don't get to see the doctor my partial on the bottom doesn't fit, its of no use to me, I paid ALOT of money upfront and both the healing denture and the bottom so called permanent causes pain, moves all around wont stay put with fixident. even, im very disappointed. Im now scheduled a week later for something that took twice as long to wait for in the first place. Im crunched for time to get this right so I can semi eat something. My rating has gone down to 1 star, I don't feel im valued as a patient, I just apparently can't get through to them although the staff is very friendly I would hope the Dr would come in and address the issue, im wanting teeth that don't fall out and hurt. I dont have my permanent top yet and if we can't get this issue resolved I will be seeking care elsewhere and they can refund me for my bottom partial and yet to be permanent upper. I've been patient but have begun to loose my patients with this entire lack of care. I would hope dr chris would come fix this issue. Victoria

I have to admit this place was a breath of fresh air .. The whole staff was as professional as they come .. I went for a free consultation and the price advertised was the price .. There was no hidden costs and to top it off the dentist made time to do my implant same day .. Did i mention it was at a fraction of the cost other dentist wanted and literally was done in 30 mins from time of shot to walking to my vehicle . Id highly reccomend this location its honeslty the best ive ever been to .. I dont write reviews.unless im super fruatrated or super impressed .. the in between arent worth the time . This place was so reassuring and delivered exactly what they said they would . He made the implant seem like no big deal and his high tech equipment was super impressive ..

Dr Barrett was so gentle and patient with me. I was nervous from my experience before with my dentist in California. However, dental has come a long way and this DDS is skilled. He is accurate and fast at least on my tooth removal. I am getting my second tooth post. It’s hard to find a good dentist and Dr. Barrett is fair on his pricing too! I highly recommend him and his team of professionals! I walked out calm, thanks everyone for your assistance!!

I went in for a second opinion and to compare prices. From the receptionist to the doctor himself we're all friendly, compassionate and answered my long list of questions. Spent 2 hours just evaluating what I needed and wanted and what were my options. Never once felt like any of them were "salespeople." When they were all done then it was up to me to decide on what I wanted. Honestly, I can't stand anything dental but I left there happy with my decision and look forward to their continuing level of compassion as I go through all the extensive work over the next few months. And, I might add, I'm getting so much more work done for a significant savings from the first dental practice that I went to. A huge shout of appreciation to all of you at Brietly. Hi just wanted to share the best dentist office I have ever gone to. From the time I walked in I was treated kindly and respectfully from the front office to the X-ray and then to the nicest cutest dentist ever. These people genuinely care about there patients. There were two patience only in the office at a time I did not feel like I was rushed or less than because of my financial situation or bad credit. They will try and make what you choose to happen happen. The office was clean both front and back. And everyone worked like they liked their job. Lastly I even caused them to work later than what they would have they stayed the course of making me feel welcome and no worries. I give this office a 100 out of 10 thank you all so much for everything I highly recommend this dental office.

Great experience! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left everyone was helpful and pleasant. The Dr. took his time in explaining all of the procedures and the process answering my questions along the way. Nice change. Update Dr Barret and his exceptional staff continues to shine. Having all of your teeth pulled is definitely a process both mentally and physically. The staff and Dr. are amazing. They are caring, professional and provide top quality care. I came in for an appointment I had set about a week ago, not really expecting much after checking out two similar businesses. Actually I almost cancelled this appointment but glad I didn't now. These people had a lot more to offer other then the top of the line dentures, which anyone looking into getting dentures knows what I'm talking about. I have 1 other place to check out b4 I make my decision, but I do believe this will more than likely be my choice when it's all said and done. When I do I'll be posting again.
