The receptionist was extremely rude and I will be choosing another office because of this. The cost they estimated me at was extremely high as well.

The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend to anyone who has dental anxiety.

My husband had a root canal done at the end of 2019 by Dr Hicks, after visiting another dentist he was informed that the tooth was growing improperly and he needed to return to the person who performed the root canal. He called the office and the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone. He asked if he could speak with the Doctor and she told him no. We went into the office to speak to the dentist again today and lady at the front desk was rude again and said we couldn’t speak with the doctor unless we had an appointment. He wants to talk to the dentist to find out how the root canal can be fixed. This should be taken care of with no payment, but she said that we have to pay $304 for appointment plus 2k for redoing their poor work. Extremely disappointed and I highly recommended people not go this place because you will get no help.

Was referred here by my dentist office in Huntsville, AL. They were able to take me within 24 hours and it was a pleasant and great experience. The doctor and his assistant were very professional and kind during the root canal that I had to have. I would def go back.

Had such a great experience here with Dr. Poppy. She was so sweet and got me in and out so fast when I needed a last minute root canal. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Dr. Blaseio and her lovely staff made my first root canal experience a breeze! They were professional, personable and beyond supportive of my fear of needles. I would highly recommend Dr. Blaseio. What a waste. My wife was referred to this place by our family dentist. The experience as a whole was...surreal. We had given them our insurance prior to our scheduled appointment, and had been told that we would be contacted with a total amount for the work to be done. No phone call was made. On the day of the appointment, we headed to the office, my wife having taken the prescribed medication the night before and again in the morning. When we arrived, we were greeted by a supercilious tech or receptionist who informed us that their office did not accept our insurance, that they had left a message (there was no voice message, no text, and no email from the office), and that the cost would be over $2,000. This snippy receptionist then thought it appropriate to lecture us on how HMOs work (she was wrong). Needless to say, we walked out. But the point is that we walked out AFTER my wife had taken the medication, on a morning we got up especially to go to this appointment, and having been lectured by a rotund little tech who was about as quick as Forrest Gump. I might also add that we got the distinct impression that we were treated in this shabby way because we decided not to dress like the Brentwood crowd that morning. We’ve got zero problem with paying necessary medical expenses. But we draw the line at being talked down to, given the run-around, and outright lied to by a person we wouldn’t hire to clean our bathrooms.

Dr. Blaseio is phenomenal!! My daughter was in severe pain and needed an emergency root canal. She opened her office after hours to personally see to it that she got the relief she needed. Dr. Blaseio is personable, highly knowledgeable, expertly trained and has such compassion. I would highly recommend her to anyone who fears the word root canal. She took the fear out of it and I knew my daughter was in expert hands. Thank you for making my daughter smile again on the same day! You’re the best!!!

Excellent, I had a root canal by Dr. Blaseio last week. Dr. Blaseio and the staff were very nice. I am glad i was referred to Dr. Blaseio!

I have had 2 root canals here just in 2020. This office has no personality. Front desk is rude and impersonal. UPDATE: Dr. Blaseio did reach out to me about this incident and Hopefully it will be corrected. I appreciate her concern.

Dr. Poppy Blaseio is amazing. Her staff was very comforting during the whole procedure. I highly recommend her!

Scam! Was told I was paid in full. A month later received a second bill with a due date in a few days. With insurance in am in over 1000 for a root canal.

Highly Recommended!!! Awesome staff; very professional. Dr. Hicks was extremely competent and made sure that I was not in pain during the procedure. The equipment was appeared up to date, very high end. It is a state of the art facility. I found the office to be extremely clean and we'll organized. I would highly recommend!

The office staff was great and the office itself is beautiful! They fit me in quickly and were very upfront about the cost. Dr. Hicks and Lindsay were especially caring and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you for a positive experience!

I was referred to Brentwood Endodontics when I had tooth pain. They were able to get me in right away and Dr. Blaseio pinpointed the issue and performed a root canal. The process was quick and smooth. Dr Blaseio and her assistant made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I was so happy to be out of pain! I was told upfront what the out of pocket cost would be so no surprises.

Highly recommend!!! My husband needed a root canal yesterday. With it being Friday most offices are closed. Thank the dental gods that they were open and had an opening and squeezed him in. We are so appreciative and thankful. My husband said it was the best experience and was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Blaseio was great! We didnt have insurance and with me working in the dental field we knew costs. They accept care credit too which is amazing. Thank you again so much. He took ibuprofen yesterday and today he feels great!

Just had my very first Root canal and Dr. Hicks and his staff was so awesome. I had no pain and was explained everything that was going on. Very professional and so sweet all the staff...

Billing department or staff mislead patients ! Make sure to get estimate in writing and Max fee that you pay. Ask for self pay option. Being in the medical field, we felt this clinic Over charges and extract every penny from the patients !!! They say patient portion max *** dollar. You will get a surprise statement ! Be careful with this dental clinic.

Such a positive experience. I had an emergency root canal. Dr. Blaseio and her assistant went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Great attitude all around.

What a great experience top to bottom. No one likes hearing they need a root canal and I was extremely nervous about the process. Dr. Blaseio and the rest of the staff explained everything before and during the process and did an amazing job checking in throughout. If you need a root canal or other serious endodontic work, this is the absolutely the place to go.

Got in same day. From the moment I walked into the office the staff made me comfortable. Staff is very caring and is truly a family. Highly recommended! Thank you all for making this a Great Experience.

1st I want to thank Dr. Blaseio & her lovely assistant as well as the rest of the staff. This was the most positive, comfortable root canal I have ever had. Dr. Blaseio was so patient, kind and gentle. When I asked 4 the information about my procedure after it was done she graciously took the time to explain it to me. Throughout the procedure they made sure that I was comfortable. I definitely felt the true caring. It was like it used to be where there is an actual relationship between the doctor and patient. Dr. Hicks and his staff exceeded my expectations. They were phenomenal!

Woke up Tuesday with a splitting toothache. My dentist (kemp) immediately referred me to Brentwood rndodontics. They squeezed me in within 2 hours and did a great job. Nurse was super considerate given some of my stress and dr poppy blaseio made the whole process run smoothly. My first root canal; it went MUCH better than I imagined. Would definitely recommend this group to others

Dr Hicks and his entire staff were truly amazing ! The dental office was immaculate and staff could not be more friendly & professional. Had two root canals with no pain and minimal discomfort. It was so easy to make an appointment and the entire process was flawless. I was so nervous and they were absolutely , wonderful. After leaving a consultation with a different Endodontist in tears, Dr. Poppy and her assistant were a breath of fresh air. Tammy, the front desk manager, spoke to me so kindly about my bad experience and assured me they would take great care of me. They went above and beyond and I would almost say I had fun getting a root canal! They were so reassuring and it felt like a team effort to get me through my procedure easily! Could not have been more impressed. Highly recommend!!

I had an emergency retreat of an old root canal at Brentwood Endodontics. Dr. Poppy Blaseio & Ginny Darnell,her assistant, were very efficient, attentive to my comfort level and before I knew it I was finished and resumed my busy day in no pain. I will complete my previously scheduled appointment to repair a old damaged crown at my regular dentist tomorrow morning.

Dr Hicks fitted me in at very short notice as an emergency as I was in extreme pain. He carried out 2 root canal treatments and was very sensitive too my comfort throughout. I was extremely impressed with Dr Hicks and his team.
