This place is literally trash! They swapped my friends sample so someone else can get in to the study!! We have Proof.

A good place for Immigration exam. You can have your results in 1-2 days. Plus, I had to have the doctor re-sign another copy (because of my fault), and their nurse, name Haimi (I may be wrong), was very nice and helpful to accept the request with no charge

The lady who answer my call first is very rude. She have no professional ethics at all.

Taking about an hour to receive the Pfizer booster shot. They’re not busy, so I’m not sure why it’s taking this long.

I used to go to the mental health 2nd floor and when I switched to a different clinic and tried to get release of information done they said they didn't have any record of me being there. I was there for over a year and a half. The drs a joke and staff rude

I called asking for information about vaccines I’ll take there and they told me to look on google. Really?

The staff was very kind and patient with my daughter, who is a difficult person to take immunization. They were very friendly. We will definitely come back.

I visited both sites of Axis Clinic for Immigration exam and I had excellent experience, the customer service was the best, front desk person was pleasant and I received the USCIS sealed envelope with in short period of time. Thank you Axis. Good Job.

I was booked for an appointment for 8.30am, on getting there the Clinic opens at 9.00am. Wow

Bleeding heavily from a bad knife wound to my wrist. Was told I need an appointment. No concern at all for my welfare.

The employees that work their can't be any slower.

The parking situation is terrible. They don't have enough parking spots in their lot for patients. It was nearly impossible to get anyone to tow cars that block in other cars. Im very disappointed with how security handles the parking lot.

As a new patient I thought this would be a clean professional clinic. The employee who took me in before the doctor saw me was ghetto, i could smell the cigarette smoke so bad, she wasnt paying much attention to me and my concerns, and she kept on checking her phone every time. Not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Went for a physical in March. Their billing did not enter the codes as preventative so I ended up with bills. I visited their clinic in person to try to correct the issue. Billing wasnt available. Called my insurance and they tried reaching out to billing- no result. I ended up paying my bill now as I already wasted hours on this. But I will not be going back or speaking highly of this place. Make sure when you visit you confirm they enter the right codes and know what your insurance will pay because they will try to sneak something in to make more money. Very dissapointing.

They're very spotters about mental issues and general health care Understanding and patients for the sick person I was very much sick and they had enough patients with my sickness ! Thanks for helping me

This is supposed to be a "walk-in", urgent care clinic. Everytime I attempt to seek medical attention here, I am rudely shown the door and told to make an appointment. The staff are completely unprofessional. HIPAA violations around every corner. Will never even attempt to go back. This place should be closed down.
