Very professional and friendly staff! Smooth experience right when you walk in the door!

I highly recommend Dr Unruh if you're looking for a dentist. Visiting a dental office is not one of my favorite things. Our dentist retired so I had to find a dentist for my husband and I. Dr Unruh and staff is very friendly and helpful. Do not regret making the selection to see him as your dentist.

I am glad I found Dr Unruh's office. I had been postponing a wisdom tooth extraction due to covid 19. Previous dentist referred me to an oral surgeon. The oral surgeon quoted several hundreds with a surgery of full sedation and cutting open the gums. I didn't believe such oral surgery was necessary in my situation from experience, so I kept looking for a general dentist to pull it out. Dr Unruh took me in after reviewing my x-ray, and pulled it out swiftly the next day. It cost me less than $50 with insurance. It also healed much faster since I didn't go through a gum cutting surgery. There was a little bone chip but it fell off eventually. I went to his office for all my dental treatment since then. My whole family go there now. Dr and Hygienist always wear N95 masks and they have a air purifier in the room, which make me more comfortable going there in the pandemic. Dr Unruh is not only skilled, confident, but also very detailed when it comes to tooth fillings. The hygienist Frances was very nice, friendly, and patient with kids. Deah is helpful and friendly; answers your emails in a timely manner; and you can count on her to give you correct cost estimate. They are all very patient answering your questions and listening to your needs. After I expressed my concerned for x-ray radiation for my 6 year old son, Dr and Frances evaluated his tooth and agreed that the x ray could be postponed for another six month. Appreciate that! Overall very happy with my choice so far!

I received an appointment and had the tooth fix the next day after calling in. Because of Covid 19 I had not been there for a year. They were all just as pleasant as always.

Many visits at Dr. Unruh's dentistry office have revealed that I am very comfortable visiting his lobby (currently with safely masked employees). The time spent with his hygienist and the man himself usually flies by with good news - no cavities'! I happily display a great smile by choosing Dr. Arthur Unruh.

The whole staff is amazing! I have a family full of chickens (including me) and this dental office has been so kind to us chickens. We are no longer afraid to go to the dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Unruh and his staff to everyone, especially the chickens out there ;)

I had an excellent experiences with Dr Unruh and his staff. The check-in process was smooth, the dental hygienist was professional and thorough, and Dr Unruh addressed my concerns and questions.

Dr. Unruh and staff are amazing, if you are looking for new dentist i would highly recommend Dr. Unruh. I had a molar that was decayed and needed to be pulled. I put off going to the dentist due to fear. My husband and I did a lot of research on dentist in my area, and decided on going to Dr. Unruh. The office staff, and hygienists were very nice and welcoming. When talking with Dr. Unruh about my dental plan he explained everything and put my mind/fears at ease. During my extraction he made sure that I was fully numb and comfortable, and explained every step. The tooth came out with no pain! THANK YOU DR. UNRUH AND STAFF YOU ARE AMAZING!

Dr Unruh and his staff are exemplary at patient care and respect. My dad has Dementia and his pain tolerance is compromised so it’s difficult for us to know when to intervene for his care. Dr Unruh’s team came up with a solid plan for pain management and future steps if needed. My dad is a new patient. I appreciate their willingness to work him in on such short notice.

Friendly staff and very accommodating for my three young children! The Hygienist , Frances was incredible with my kids. They felt right at home and did amazing during their cleanings. Dr. Unruh was very nice & professional. We just moved to the area & I’m so glad we found this office!

I have a huge fear of dentist, but they made me feel comfortable. Was pretty nervous about getting my back wisdom tooth removed, but it went smoothly... Not a bad price for a tooth extraction without insurance, either. 10/10

Always have a great experience from the whole staff, but Dr. Unruh made the extra effort to come to the office during the COVID-19 shutdown when I had a painful emergency. Appreciate his quick response to my call and his help to diagnose the problem so I could get treated quickly.

Had a great experience with Dr. Unruh and his entire staff. Our whole family was able to be seen on the same day and they even held our baby while we were getting our cleanings. Office is very nice and you are able to see xrays and pictures while you are in the chair which is a nice touch. I'm no dentist but he seems to be pretty good at his job and explained everything along the way. Already recommending to all of our friends

Dr Unruh’s staff was able to accommodate an appointment for me on short-notice despite not being an established patient. I was promptly scheduled and then called to be seen earlier following a last-minute cancelation. When I arrived for my visit, I was quickly checked in and taken from the waiting room to exam room. Each option from my evaluation was discussed in detail and they even provided a price estimate so my final bill will not be a surprise! Highly recommend!!

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, BUT the staff and Dr. Unruh are the best! Like family. From Deah's friendly smile to the fun, joking talks while in the chair. They care and mean it! I would recommend them in a heart beat!

My first visit was on April 1st and was first time i had been to a dentist in many years. I felt very comfortable as soon as i walked through the front door. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hygienist and Dr. Unruh were very thorough in their work and explaining what they were doing and what my options were. No pressure. I recommend highly.

First visit with these folks. Technician was incredibly patient and accommodating. Dr Unruh explained issues and laid out a plan so I know what was coming. Entire staff friendly and helpful. I have been searching for a dentist for a long term doctor-patient relationship. I think I found the right people.

He recently did a root canal for me and helped me by allowing me to make payments. He could have easily sent me away in pain. I appreciate you Dr. Unruh.

Dr Unruh has great way of relating to his patients with a down to earth damenor while still keeping it professional. Naomi was my hygienist and Did a great job. Dr has also tested his carpentry skills by updating some rooms. I really liked The TVs he has added in the rooms. Much easier to comprehend with the visual tools of the digital x-rays on the TVs while he explained everything.

Everyone was very professional and pleasant but down-to-earth. Dr took time to insure that I would not be uncomfortable and provided a way to contact him after hours if warranted. Hygiene practices appear to be very good. I intend to return when necessary.

I was recommended this dentist offfice many moons ago and on my first visit I decided I would go nowhere else. I can say I look forward to seeing Barb for my cleanings and check up. If your looking for a team of professional, caring and kind people for family, friends or self this is the one. Best experience at a dental office I have ever had. So glad I chose this office for my family!! I absolutely love the customer service and family environment offered! They are all so professional and top notch from the front to the back. Naomi is a wonderful hygienist and I so appreciated her patience with my children. I've had some work done by Dr. Unruh as well and he is so quick, precise, and approachable. His assistant Sadee is so sweet and very knowledgeable. They also let you book family appointments so you don't have to make multiple trips to have your families teeth cleaned. I love this office and look forward to the appointments!

All around great experience. Front desk lady is helpful and knows me by name after one visit. Naomi was a gentle and a thorough hygienist. Dr Unruh is very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients dental health. And USD 259 employee insurance is accepted!

Dr. Unruh has the BEST staff. I started seeing Dr Unruh after I followed my favorite hygienist to his practice!!! Barb is the best of the best!!! Getting to know him made us at ease with his gentle dentistry. Every time I had to have any kind of work done, Sadee & Dr. U made me really comfortable!! They are even great with my kids!!! Dr. Unruh is an incredible dentist that always makes me feel comfortable. Naomi is a fantastic dental hygienist who does a great job cleaning my teeth without any discomfort. I would highly recommend this practice for any dental needs!

My wife was with the previous practice before Dr Unruh came onboard, and I came in just after he came in. We have both been absolutely impressed at the level of care we receive. We have also seen a MAJOR improvement on the technology in the office. I have always hated X-Rays because of how long they take and all the bulky machinery involved. Now, it’s more like a handheld ray gun they get to use, which HAS to be so much more convenient for the staff. And I would say it took maybe 1/10 the time to get the x-rays completed! I absolutely love these guys. From my root canal to a cap to fillings to general cleanings, they’ve done a wide variety for me, and I’ve never felt “dental dread” while in the chair. For a guy like me, that’s saying A LOT! In case they come across this review - keep up the great work. You’re all rock stars!!

Dr Unruh is wonderful with my kids. We have had bi-annual cleanings with professional hygienists and even a couple of simple procedures. His staff is very personable and professional. I highly recommend his group for your family dental needs!

I absolutely love Dr. Unruh and his staff! Sadie always makes me feel so welcome and listens to my worries when it comes to my anxiety! Naomi is the best at cleaning my teeth! I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but for the first time ever I dont hate it!

Barb cleaned my teeth and was absolutely fabulous!! Love her & her passion for what she does!!! She also cleaned my husbands teeth a couple weeks after me & he was happy with how great she was (he doesn't have a gmail account)

Naomi was my dental hygienist and she was amazing! Very personable and upbeat. It was a nice change of pace for a stay at home mom of 5 children:) Dr. Unruh was very nice and attentive to my tooth pain, offered a same day root canal and had an emergency number to call if the pain got too bad outside of business hours. Would definitely recommend to others!

I have been going to Dr Unruh since he took it over from Dr. Petrie. I have no issues and all of his staff are super great people. Highly recommend them.
