I moved to Louisville and needed an Orthodontist to take over my treatment. Dr. Amy Farnsworth and her staff made it easy and pleasant to transfer my case over. The ladies are very professional and attentive to details, the treatment is reasonably priced. What else can you ask for..? Kudos to Ms. Chery who kept me appraised of every detail along the way.

This is a welcoming and efficient professional office of capable delightful women who get the job done. I chose to get an Invisalign system late in life and Dr. Farnsworth wasn’t encouraging as my improvement might have been too subtle and I think she might have been calculating the investment/return ratio for my particular case. In any case, her honesty and kindness was evident. I chose to go forward and have just completed the 3 month process. It’s been easy, the technicians were great and i’m happy with my subtle results as I navigate my aging. I honestly recommend this comfortable reliable office to anyone, young or old, seeking professionalism, trustworthiness, fun and competence.

ONE STAR is too much! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE! I am very disappointed in this practice! I had my Invisalign Treatment completed there & also referred people for braces. I reached out to the office on 1/1/2019 via email as my permanent retainer came out & the Office Manager (Cheri) responded on 1/2/2019 when the office reopened to call for an appointment as she would work me in. When I called in to speak with Cheri, she assured me that she would get me in on that day on the next day but would call me back by end of day. I never heard back from Cheri so I called the office back on the next day (1/3/2019) & spoke to someone different. The staff member that answered made excuses why Cheri didn’t call back as the office was really busy. My retainer coming out & my teeth possibly spacing is important after paying a lot of money for Invisalign. The staff treated my orthodontic issue as if it was unimportant. Response: I don’t like to call anyone a liar but Cheri is telling the UNTRUTH as she advised that she would call back by the end of the day either way; whether she had an appointment on 1/2/2019 or not...I guess to touch base. I did call back to schedule an appointment with another staff member (Shantel) that was a lot nicer & friendlier; she has worker with Dr. Farnsworth for many years! I remembered her immediately when I chatted with her & she made me feel a little better but still didn’t make me feel like my business was wanted at that point so I called the Orthodontists that I should’ve called originally. They took great care of me on that Monday so I had no reason to contact Dr. Farnsworth’s office as my email prior to making the 3:00pm appointment went unanswered by Cheri (the Office Manager). What an Office Manager!

Dr. Farnsworth and all the staff are amazing here! Could not recommend them more. Everyone is so friendly and warm, especially the office manager Sherry - one of the sweetest, most helpful people you've ever met. She always finds a way to squeeze me into the schedule, and they have been more than flexible since I am an out of town college student who needs appointments on my breaks. My results have been more than satisfactory! Dr. Farnsworth is super professional and great and what she does. My family and I have been on/off patients for about 10 years and will continue to return if we ever have the need!

Dr. Amy Farnsworth and her staff have been amazing in the treatment of my daughter. My 8 year old daughter was very nervous about getting braces, and the ladies at Dr. Farnsworth's office were loving and made her feel so much better about it! Cheri, Stephanie, Shantel, and Bev have all been with Dr. F for years and KNOW THEIR STUFF! I've also know several adults who have been happy patients of theirs. They truly serve all ages! Thanks for being amazing and treating us like family!

The receptionists are rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I called to make an appointment and she abruptly hung up on me without explanation.

I called to make a consultation. The "business manage" who I spoke with kept calling me sweetie (I am 32). When I told her that was inappropriate, she responded by laughing. Very unprofessional. In response to her reply: She is simply a liar. She did not apologize, only laughed at me. My "vulgar reply" was simply to tell her that she was being ignorant, rude, and unprofessional. If the truth about one's behavior seems vulgar, then one should simply adjust their behavior, not blame everyone else. Again, absurdly unprofessional behavior. And I don't care if calling someone sweetie is southern or Martian. It is ignorant, condescending, and offensive. That is a pet name that is absolutely inappropriate to call strangers.

I waited to fix my teeth until I was in my late twenties. I received evaluations from different orthodonists that my teeth would take over 24 months of treatment and I wasn’t willing to keep braces on that long. Dr Farnsworth was able to complete my treatment in 13 months and I love the results! The office staff is very accommodating and courteous. She spaces out appointments so it is never over crowded in the waiting room and I was always treated before my actual appointment time. Dr Farnsworth and her staff made having adult braces a surprisingly enjoyable experience. I would recommend this office to everyone, children and adults alike, for top quality service.

Everything from the office decor to the friendliness of the staff, from the expertise of Dr. Farnsworth to the efficiency of the treatment is simply wonderful.

I searched for the perfect orthodontist for months. Every other place I went to was either extremely overpriced or had awful staff. (Talk on their personal cell, ignore incoming customer calls, gossiped in front of the customers, never around, etc.) I finally found Amy and all of her wonderful staff. They made the process so easy and were very patient with me when explaining the process. They offered me the best deal and gave me a small discount of $150 when my insurance didn’t cover $300. You can really tell that these ladies aren’t just in this industry for the money, but to really benefit their customers and improve their day. If you’re looking for the perfect orthodontist, like I once was, I highly recommend these ladies.

I would highly recommend Dr. Farnsworth if you need an orthodontist in Louisville. The staff are great, very friendly and professional. The transformation of my teeth and mouth structure was phenomenal. The office is very clean, well kept, and they know what they are doing. They also do a great job catering to your needs and taking care of the things you may worry about when having braces so that you feel confident and comfortable. My teeth look AMAZING!

Other orthadondists said I would have braces for 2 years or more. With her I got them off at 9 and a half months!!!!

Two other orthodontists told me that I had to have surgery in order for braces to work. Dr. Farnsworth was the third opinion I got and I am getting my braces off after only 1 year without surgery. Thank you!

I've got to take a moment to share the wonderful experience I've had. Nine months ago, I had braces put on, many people asked why I did it- my teeth weren't terrible. Today, a few weeks after my top braces were removed and I did some whitening, my teeth were carefully perfected and bonded by Dr Price and Dr. Carmel Price Gleis -- I feel like a million bucks! My orthodontist- Dr. Amy Farnsworth did an incredible job getting my bite fixed, and my big jaw back in place. I had no idea going into this process what a collaborative project this was going to be between dental and orthodontist teams.. It takes a village! For anyone needing a orthodontist - you need not look further than Dr. Farnsworth! I've never seen a doctor more caring and committed to my positive outcome!

My experience with Dr. Amy Farnsworth and her staff has been so overwhelmingly positive that I just had to write a review! I came to Dr. Farnsworth for two reasons. 1) She came highly recommended by friends in Louisville and 2) I had always wanted to fix some issues with my smile. I needed braces and she went out of her way to make my experience with braces at age 34 a pleasant one. She decided Suresmile Braces would be the best fit for me and I couldn't be happier and more grateful. She had me out of braces in a little over 1 year!! Dr. Farnsworth uses the state of the art equipment and treatment options! It's hard to keep an orthodontic office as up to date and clean as she does. Unquestionably, Dr. Farnsworth offers first class treatment and facilities, when you walk in you feel like you are at a spa- it's that beautiful in there! Every appointment was on time and prompt. Her well trained staff helped make every appointment as seamless as possible. It was great to know that her entire staff was always up to date with my status and file. The strongest reason, though, why I would recommend Dr. Farnsworth and her staff is their ability to relate to people. They took an interest in me and my family. You're not another patient there, you're family...I'm almost done with my treatment and i'm going to miss them!
