Want to wait for hours? Get rude treatment? Have no one communicate with you? Then this is the practice for you. Appointment at 8:30am, still waiting .... And waiting and waiting.

Worst place ever, everything I have made an appointment I end up sitting at least an hour over my appointment to go back to be seen,it's a joke

Rundown, overcrowded facilities and understaffed for the amount of appointments they schedule. Wait times are INSANE. As other people commented, unnecessary appointments seem to be their bread and butter. They say it's a HIPAA violation to discuss test results over the phone, yet also don't provide an explanation of the test results mailed to you - so you are forced to make an appointment if you want a translation of the confusing AF "values". I have a lot of respect for Nurse Practitioners, but it'd still be nice to actually be seen by the doctor who supposedly runs the practice, at least for your first evaluation! My next appt (to find out what those test results actually mean!) will definitely be my last. I suspect that Humana providers over on the East Side are higher quality and that's where I'll be looking next. Update: they straight-up lied to me when refusing to explain my results over the phone!!! I double checked and it is NOT a HIPPA violation to discuss test results over the phone as long as you've confirmed the patient's identity.

If I could give this practice a negative 5 stars I would. Save your time and money this place is a pill mill and patient factory!! Worse practice I have ever been to in my life!!

They milk our insurance policies by requesting that you come in for a visit for review of your lab results, prescription refills are also set that you have to come in for a visit. You never get to see the doctor himself and they shuffle you from one APRN to another, unless you request somebody and if they have an appointment available. They will never see you on time of your appointment!!!!!!!!!! Be prepared to wait, wait, and wait some more. Waiting room is over crowded , even during pandemic!! I have seen patients just walk in with no appointment and no mask! They still use touch pads for new patients!!!! Who does that now days!!???? Be prepared to listen to personal conversations of other patients, phone and between one another, waiting room is always so loud! Staff is overwhelmed and miserable. Some patients are extremely rude to triage nurses and ridiculously entitled hood decadents. My husband and I went to their 7th and Hill location once and will never return. I wouldn't recommend that location to my enemy!

I have been trying to get a new script authorized for high blood pressure. I called the pharmacy and then the Dr office and back and forth Ll week. I absolutely love Dr Desai, but I should not have to go through this especially since the 2 Nurse Practitioners who could not contacted the pharmacy. As of Friday, I still didn't have any medication. I'm about ready to go to another Practice. They need to fix this problem. I'm going to discuss this when I see the Dr. Overall they mare very nice. Lisa runs the front office so well. Shes overloaded with work. But she handles it.

I take my mother there every month and Dr Amin is a wonderful doctor, his staff works very hard and are only rude in return they do however schedule several people for the same time so it's a bit of a wait afternoons are better.

I've been here 4 times over 2 years. The average wait time: 2 HOURS. The national average is 22 minutes. The staff are overworked, the patients are frustrated with the lack of respect for their time. If someone books an appointment, they should be taken care of within the hour, this isn't the ER. Amin shouldn't take appointments they can't keep. Be professional guys. I blame management, who pushes the workload beyond maximum capacity and forces the staff and patients to scramble.

Garbage. This place should be closed and the owners and the STAFF should be prosecuted. This place is a Medicare/Medicaid mill. All they care about is billing your Medicaid/medicaid and have no concern for your health and well being. The clinic is ghetto, the staff is ghetto, the NURSE PRACTIONERS that “claim” to be doctors are ghetto. If you go here be prepared to spend you entire day sitting and waiting....and that’s with an appointment. Their appointments are BULL$hit. How do you drop a lab!? Some of the nurses are in there are high! I don’t know what they smoke. Do yourself and your family a favor, DO not go here. If you want to see for yourself, just call to make an appointment and you will see exactly what I’m talking about. Google needs to allow 0 stars or negative. Oh and it’s also a homeless day shelter.

Front desk staff at the Dixie Highway office need to take a Customer Training course. They answer the phone at their convience and are very rude when they do. And if they don't want to take your call they will pretend the connection is bad and hang up. If it wasn't for the good physicians I would not return.

I’ve been here twice - once was my first visit and the other was a call back to discuss my test results. Both times I’ve sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours with no updates, just to be called back to sit in another room with no updates for a few more hours. Whenever I ask the front desk how much longer, they don’t even have the respect to make eye contact with me and are very visibly playing games and texting on their phones. I’m scheduling appointments with them...if you won’t be able to see me until 2 hours after my scheduled time, then schedule me 2 hours later! I tried to leave to grab something out of my car and I was told I wasn’t allowed to leave or I would forfeit my spot in “line”. The first time I visited they dropped my entire blood test and I had to do it all over again. Both times a quick, run of the mill doctors visit takes at least 4 hours which is INSANE. The staff (aside from one doctor who I actually really like) treats me like a number and not a person, which is the opposite of what a doctors office should do. I will NEVER return here again, I feel like it’s better to just not go to a doctors over going here.

Had to file a grievance with the medical board due to lack of morals and basic care from the staff due to a mistake on their part (that they refuse to fix). If you have a chronic illness and need medication, avoid this place. If you're cool with Medicaid Mills or want to prolong your pain pill addiction, this place is perfect.

One of the most unorganized doctors office. Workers are unhappy with their jobs so patients don’t get the service they need. Had an appointment with doctor but ran out of high blood pressure pills before appointment date. Walmart sent request several times but a week later I still don’t have my pills. I guess their more concerned with the appointment and copay instead of me. I wouldn’t be on high blood pressure pills if I didn’t need them. This is one of the worst doctors offices you can go to. Service is very slow even with an appointment. I’m looking for a new doctor that cares.

I made an appointment to be seen by the doctor to have some meds prescribed. When I got there the doctor wasn't even there and had to see the nurse practitioner which couldn't even prescribe the meds that I needed. They went ahead and saw me anyway and told me they would talk to the doctor and let me know. The next day the nurse practitioner or Dr couldn't call me so they had somebody in their front office do their dirty work and told me to go see a psychiatrist. I have a good friend of mine that goes there and gets prescribed the same medication that I do and I have better qualifications to be prescribed this medication. There's no reason given as to why medication is not prescribed

Had an appointment to be seen 9:45 am on Wed set there for 3 hrs before being seen. I was sent to Norton Diag Center for Xray's due this being a Mva and was suppose to receive a call back on results. I have called everyday left vm's and has been over a week and still can't my results. Horrible services in pain will be switching primary.

I arrived at the clinic around 10:00 am and I did not get out until 12:30 PM. The nurse practitioner that I seen was very nice and she really listened to what I had to say.
