So very disappointed with this hospital. They will do anything and everything to suck every single penny out of you and then give you no follow up, no idea of what to do to take care of your health, just shrug and tell you they don't know what could be wrong with you.
Excellent service in clinics and online , was able to get treated today for a tick bite online. Thanks
Very friendly and helpful, medical record's shipped overnight who would have thought
Great people to work with
I don't really think anybody comes here because they want to... Overall, its not perfect, but it still works, ya know?
Nice place
My experience at Allina corporate was pretty good. I needed my infant sons medical records in order to acquire a replacement SS card for him. As a minor, this was the only ID the SS office would except. I spoke with the records department in person and was told it would take 24 hours to complete my request. Not a great system they have in place and it was aggravating to drive to Minneapolis from Hastings twice in two days, but that’s life. Employee whom I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable and good at her work.
Was able to bring my own lunch and relax at a window.
Pretty good location, always busy.
Best hospital ever is Unity hospital, now called Mercy, Unity campus. Best nurses, doctors, food and other people were nicest. Very knowledgeable kind and do whatever they can to not only make you better physically, but mentally too!! 5 stars for sure!!
Billed a 15 minute wellness visit with blood work for anxiety meds as a 45 minute full diagnostic and charged over $528 for a new patient visit. With so many Allina health clinics to choose from in this city, we’ll be going to one that knows how to file paperwork properly and doesn’t commit fraud.
By far the best app I've seen!!!

Perfect.......
Terribly inept executive management. Unsafe conditions, lack of security, and understaffed patient care so that executives can increase their own wages. In 2014, the top 25 highest paid executives made $23.9 million. These are paper pushers that don't actually do any patient care.
