My 14 year old daughter had a consultation with Dr. Primm yesterday about bone loss and root resorption due to bringing in her impacted cuspids. My daughter was very nervous about the possibility of needing yet another surgery, as she already had an expose and bond for impacted cuspids, as well as, her wisdom teeth extracted. She was also concerned about the health of her teeth long term. Dr. Primm was thorough, informative, and honest. But my biggest compliment to him is that he takes a conservative approach. I have worked in the dental field as an RDA for over 10 years and it is not often that you come across doctors who are conservative about treatment. He explained to us why he did not believe surgery was necessary or the right move at this time, and gave us ways to prevent further bone loss with home care recommendations. I was so impressed with his knowledge, the time he took to explain everything to us, and his conservative approach. I highly recommend Dr. Primm and his practice.

Dr Primm and his staff are so experienced. The provide excellent workmanship and great care. I have had gum surgery and an implant. I will never go to any other practice. I can not say enough about how great Dr. Primm and staff are. I highly recommend them.

I CRACKED A MOLAR CHRISTMAS WEEK. THEY WORKED ME IN, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A HOLIDAY WEEK WITH A FULL SCHEDULE. AFTER REMOVING THE TOOTH, THEY HAD TO DO A BONE GRAFT AND A GUM GRAFT. I REALLY FELT BAD THAT HE HAD TO SPEND SO MUCH TIME ON IT, BUT I'M AWFULLY GLAD HE DID. IT IS HEALING MUCH BETTER THAN I HAD ANTICIPATED. THESE GUYS GO ABOVE AN BEYOND FOR THEIR PATIENTS ( IN EFFORT AND CONCERN, AND IN SAFETY ).

The staff is always very nice and helpful. This was the first time that Allison had cleaned my teeth. She was wonderful. Very gentle touch!

I felt professionalism from the moment I walked in the door until the time I checked out from the receptionist to Dr Primm, so comfortable and loved how they explained everything to me in detail. I left that office feeling like they took really good care of me.

Dr. Primm is the embodiment of professionalism. He and his staff took exceptionally good care of me throughout the past year while getting implants. I am very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend his services to anyone needing implants.

Under an emergency abcess tooth situation, they were able to work me in same-day. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and the office environment was very comfortable. Dr Primm's assistant was very attentive and asked a lot of questions, and Dr Primm showed a lot of care and concern about my situation and condition, and was optimistic about my outlook, provided a valuable second opinion, and referred me to more appropriate provider's care. I was very nervous getting my teeth cleaned for the first time in years and knew I needed to start doing better. All of the staff were so welcoming and put me at ease immediately. Carrie took great care of me and made me feel hopeful that I could fix my oral health and helped teach me how to do so. After a couple of cleanings there and putting in some work at home with my oral hygiene, we have already seen positive improvements! So glad I found Dr Primm’s office and will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Primm is an exceptionally gifted oral surgeon. Because his training is cutting edge, he and his staff offer treatment options that give hope for saving or replacing teeth and avoiding dentures. He and his staff exude professionalism and quickly earned my trust. The icing on the cake is they are relationally attuned to their patients. For example, I hate needles in my veins. I asked Dr Primm to talk to me about anything other than what he was doing as he prepared my sedation IV. He happily obliged, asked me about my Christmas plans, told me his, and voilà! I was on my way out before I knew it. From Dr Primm to his surgical assistants right on down to the wonderful staff at the reception area, the vibe is friendly, cheerful, humorous, and positive. Best of all, they excel at what they do. Thanks to Dr Primm, I’ve gone from fatalistically accepting that I’d need a full lower denture to happily looking for to my new crowns!

From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly,well organized and made me feel comfortable. Had to have some Work done On my mouth I was a little concerned because I heard a lot of people complain about the pain they had after doing oral surgery but I was so surprised and happy when I had Little to no pain. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!

Had to have a tooth extracted rather urgently. The office accommodated me promptly. Dr. Primm and his associates were very courteous, efficient and thorough. Had this done a few years ago in another state and it was not a good experience. I was convinced that I needed it again and I reluctantly obliged. It went so good that I almost felt embarrassed. Carrie did all the work and she was flawless. Dr. Primm has sone good people under his belt. It's my advice that he continues to treat them as good as they treated me

I felt comfortable in the office today. Covid 19 precautions are in place. Procedure was explained thoroughly as well as insurance benefits. The office staff seems to have adapted to "The New Normal" quite well.

Everybody hates going to the dentist but these guys are awesome.!!

Wonderful Office! I cannot recommend Dr. Primm and his staff enough. I was referred for a dental implant by my general dentist and to say I was scared was an understatement. Let me say that I could not have been in better hands. Dr. Primm and his staff explained the steps involved, answered all of my questions, and above all, made me feel very comfortable. The surgery to remove my tooth and put in the dental implant went very well, I was sedated which was great! They called to check on me the next day which was very appreciated. I am very pleased with the way the tooth looks and all of the work Dr. Primm did and would definitely come here again if I ever needed any kind of dental surgery.

Dr. Primm was very professional but more than anything kind and courteous as I asked multiple questions about my teeth. He explained things to me in a way that I can understand because let’s face it I’m no tooth doctor. I was able to get x-rays done and without having insurance it was reasonably priced.

The entire staff is friendly and professional. Any underlying fear I had of going to the dentist/ pain/discomfort was instantly dispelled. Dr Primm explained all my options. He listened carefully to my concerns and then came up with a good plan for my oral health. I would heartily recommend him and this office.

Great Office! I had laser gum treatment for my periodontal disease performed by Dr. Primm and the experience was as pleasant as it could be. Dr. Primm and his staff are very polite, answered my questions, and walked me through the steps and explained everything to me very clearly. My gums were just a little achy for a day after the surgery. I've been seeing them for follow-up visits and I can tell my gums feel much better and are not bleeding and puffy as they were before.

Minor issues at front desk. Excellent conversation with practice manager and everything is all settled.

I received very detailed information that helped me understand the need for advance treatment and that reassured me that I was dealing with folks that know their business. Everyone was polite but aside from that was my need to fully understand my what the issues were for me. I feel confident moving forward in what I understand will take four months to complete.

Dr. Primm is very friendly and has nurtured my gums back to health. Nikita keeps them polished and clean and they both have helped me get over my anxiety of going to the dentist. I highly recommend this periodontist!?
