7th & Hill Family Dental Center

Currently on my 2nd visit & discussed having what needed to be done with the dentist i saw on the 1st visit & now the guy i saw today had no idea what was going on didnt check my file or view my previous xrays & refused to do what I needed done cuz he doesnt think its something i should do(have all my teeth pulled) & wasnt even polite about it.

I am currently sitting in this dentist office and the female in the front is politely rude. My sister was trying come walk in for emergency care and she said they do not take people by after 11 for walk ins so she tried to make and appointment for the next day and she said they don’t have any appointments available. Even after my sister explained to her how much pain her son was in they still did not tend to her needs. Not to mention I came in two days before and they pulled my tooth and told me I wouldn’t have any pain(which was a complete lie) I called the day I had he procedure to request a prescription for pain I never received a phone call back AT ALL! Most people that are in the surrounding area are living in poverty and have limited resources to dental care. So for them to be the only one in the area they are very sloppy at their customer skills.

Faith, a dental hygienist, is awesome! She worked on my teeth meticulously and is a master of her craft. She was also very professional and kind. The only reason that I docked a star is that I would have liked much more explanation of the services I received. For example, they applied Lumineers (a type of veneer) to my teeth without ever explaining that they would do this first. Prior to the procedure the dentist just asked, "You want these fixed, right?" Then after the completion of the procedure she simply said, "Don't eat hard foods or 'they'll' fall off." Never once did she actually acknowledge that veneers were put on my teeth. And while I'm happy with the result, I think it's important to educate patients in advance that Lumineers have to be replaced every 5-10 years and that they require minor shaving down of the teeth to apply.

The girl upfront is nice and thorough and the assistants in the back are AMAZING. I would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

They have on gloves then touch computers, then want to examine your mouth that's unsanitary. The dentist was a sub 1 day , he did not wear gloves or have on a mask that's unsanitary also!

They got the job done, which was pulling out a bad tooth so i am very thankful. However, the staff lacked some bedside manner. No one was mean, but I wish they understood some patients who aren’t children also get scared and need patience, too.

This place is absolutely incredible. The lady at the front desk is so sweet. The staff is so good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I chipped my tooth and had an important event that day, and they got me in as quickly as possible. I appreciate them so much!

The dentist is rude and will make you want to break his jaw! Don't wast your time. They are in a impoverished community, treat people like potential payments not patients... again don't waste your time!!

I would not even give them one star the wait is beyond horrible I spent 2 hours waiting only for them to skip me then say 3 people were in front of me. I will Never be back there I will start looking for a new dentist first thing in the morning for my daughter and I I'm so upset with their services I recommend nobody use them if you have any kind of life bc you will waste hours of yours there. Not to mention they are the reason for my visit they filled the wrong tooth then my filling came out less then a week later. Just horrible. Do better family dental is all I can say
